I've been going through many changes in the last couple of years and my diet has definetely been a challenging and changing area. I've have seen myself choosing food I never thought I would have eaten and dropped completely foods that I thought I loved. My body has been guiding me through a transformation that has been amazing and well thought for but I realized what was going on only after reading Doreen's book.

This little book is easy, practical and full of wisdom helped understand what was going on within me and why. Doreen has created a loving guide that you can even carry with you to make sure you are treating your body with love and respect. Food is so important for our life here on earth, so learning how to eat in a healthy way is vital.
