Perhaps it's kundalini, which can be sexual. I've been feeling more kundalini and crown chakra energy passing through my body the last week or so, and sometimes lingering at various points in my body, especially lower legs, arms (dissipating through the hand chakras) and lower side of the cheek near the chin (that's a point where energy collects). The energy has been like whooshing back and forth in the areas where it collects until it dissipates. I usually don't get hit this much with energy unless it's intentional. It could be related to the eclipse because the timing doesn't have to be after the lunar eclipse since astronomical events aren't necessarily exactly timed to the energy changes but just markers. However, for people staring at the full moon, that could always create a connection that attracts the energy instantly so I'm not doubting that someone could feel the energy at the exact moment of the full moon, especially if they are paying attention.
