Desteni is a site that I strongly don't recommend. I descern "erergies" in low density dimensions with a dark "agenda" in addition to an "enjoyment" of sucking human emotions from the newly awakened souls that do not practice spiritual protection. Spiritual protection is something I do recommend and the author, Ted Andrews, has some of the best advice in his books. Spiritlibrary is wonderful in allowing anyone to post on their site, but keep this in mind if you are new to opening your spirit side. If this site were not accessible from the spiritlibrary, I would not be commenting. And Yes, it certainly is not the same stuff as spiritlibrary!
