I would be your own spiritual mentor. It doesn't hurt to have some people give you ideas of what to play around with. Other than that, explore and have fun. Psychism can be very fun, at least until it seems mundane and you get bored of it
My only advice is just never be afraid of anything. When it comes to psychism, the only one that can cause harm to someone is themselves. It's all mind.
