watch out for mentors. mentors just give you an excuse to underrate what you are capable of. and for meditation, ive heard this somewhere and i like it: "even when you are pretending to meditate, you are meditating." don't think you need to see fireworks or visions to be achieving something. actually one good tip for meditation is have a formated meditation to work from. i got a good cd from the 11:11 message board that is overseen by george. google it, you can find it. its a guided meditation that is specifically for contacting your higher self or what they call "midwayers" which are simply 4th dimensional entities. anywhoo, good luck.
