It is really written as a biography and that is what is so helpful. You can see how Judith discovered all sorts of techniques and came to have the beliefs that she did/does.
I am reading her book Positive Energy at the same time but stopped because I found that the information contained in Second Sight is helping me to better understand and utilize the information in Positive Energy. I can't wait to get further into Positive Energy and all of her other books.
Perhaps I should wait to review a book until I'm finished with it but I'm having such a great time reading this one that I had to write a review now. I'm actually thinking of quitting work early today just so I can go home and read (if my kids let me!).

“I enjoy reading about psychic abilities and related topics, so I was pretty sure I would enjoy this book. But it exceeded my expectations for several reasons. First, Dr. Orloff has a nice writing style, it is easy to follow her thoughts and she has the ability to vividly describe her experiences, both of her own life and that of her patients and friends. Secondly, when she describes her abilities and how she interprets dreams, she is able to explain how she comes to her conclusions, which I found enlightening. Although I feel she only touches lightly on the subject, she makes you understand better how to draw guidance from psychic experiences and dreams, an ability she believes we all have.
