I think most of this info is accurate, though the generalization regarding those who have not done their work having difficulties is not quite in sync with the shift except for a very short time for most. Many of us came especially to make it so that if they ask for it, we'll provide some tools we have already discovered so it won't be as difficult. Therefore, it should not be as difficult for the small that aren't ready since we'll be here to guide them through. Very few will completely reject guidance.
Also, based on what I have always known about what 2008 (and late 2007) means in terms of the shift in focus towards ending war, this % must be very small since people are on the right track. Remember, we are a social collective on a group quest, not individuals on an individual spiritual quest (yes, there is an aspect of personal experience, but that's not the main idea).
Many will integrate higher dimensional consciousness. Some will choose to use the knowledge a lot and some will choose to use it only a little and spend more time in 3d, but they won't be stuck -- it's a choice and they can change their choice at any point.
