You are absolutely right when you say that is amazing how many of our choices in life are secretly controlled by shame. It has been a wonderful journey since yesterday about all this.
I'm so happy that I immediately started healing and I chose to do that in my dream state. Seems the best solution.
Your reply today is giving a great help in going forward with this healing/releasing process that naturally started. For example when you said that emotions are amplified out into the environment, well that was a something I never thought about consciously...not recently at least.
Also was quite shocking for me to hear (and then feel it as a real possibility) that most of what I feel is not mine!! I knew that sometimes I could pick others thoughts but never thought about the physical symptoms. I have been having several physical symptoms lately that I never had before and even after all the medical test were fine, they still give discomforts. So felt like your words opened a new potential! Could they suddenly disappear as they suddenly appeared? Great!
