I am really glad this was placed up today. I could not agree more on how shame holds a heavy force over our way of being. I am very sensitive to energy in every way and it has been nearly impossible for me to be around just anyone anymore. When I read this, it made me realise that "some word" and impression has taken front seat and no longer has too. I just need to be able to recognise better what is mine and what is someone elses.
