It has been an interesting ride so far. I've become aware of many things I was shameful without almost knowing. And Yes Melanie, our childhood holds a big part of it!

Most of my release keeps happening in my dreams but now is less intense and more on the soft line. It's interesting how now my focus switched to others...I realize quicker when someone is acting from shame and that helps understanding, even helps in being more patient.
