I guess do the book first,it is actually a series of books and the first one is called " Way of the Peaceful Warrior ",that is the book they made into the movie.
I just love the books they are fantastic,and the movie is fantastic too ! So I dont know really,lol,,they are both great.
Of course the book goes into more finer details,as they do.
