I agree many people in the spiritual areana seem to have believed one should just handle it all by the themselves without seeking the help that they may need at this time for them. That seeking any kinds of meds or naturals is something you really do not need to do. I disagree as my ascensions process is moving along I would say anything that will keep you that peace you need to seek. It is all for now and that will pass as well/.
