When You Need a Refill

Stress occurs when the demands of an experience outweigh the perceived resources we have.

Matthew 19:26 reminds us, "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible." Today remember that God gives us an infinite well of strength, guidance and most of all love. We never, ever have to do anything alone.

Go to him often, say Lord I need your help, show me how to move forward. He is waiting with open arms, delights in your asking and will infuse you with his strength to live a serene, abundant life.

Much love to all

I keep doing this, but actually things have just gotten worse....I mean homeless worse (and that's after being exposed to toxic mold & carbon monoxide in a rental where the landlord refused to fix and retaliated; then the court was friends with him and illegally denied my rights, kicking me out while I was so ill I'd been having small strokes, seizures, convulsions, spine/brain/CNS injuries, etc.; then being forced to stay with family who abused me, accused me of making it all up and threw me out on the street). There's actually way more, but I don't know anyone who deserves this after how hard I've tried to turn things around, how much I've prayed for help, how much I've focused spiritually, etc. I can't even get a place to rent with a false "eviction" on my record!

I've felt that I came into this life taking on BIG things to be able to help others. And what's kept me going throughout a lifetime of beyond ridiculous traumas is this "knowing" that I was meant to get through it all and then be somehow be to help others, as I was led. But I can't help others if I can't myself.
