Hello I am Barbara Goulding also known as bzyangl on most forums and blogs. I am a Lightworker and Reiki practitioner here in Arizona. I am a mother of 4 kids and married now 22 years to my husband Jim.
I am an incarnated Angel and I wish to help heal mother Earth and my fellow spirit brothers and sisters.
I presently have a vegetarian diet and try to eat natural and organic foods. It is not easy to buy natural foods
