I greet you beloved family!
I invite each one of you to take in a deep breath. Let this breath be slow, easy, but let it go deep within you. As you are breathing in, breathe in my essence. Allow it to move through you as you are within your space upon the earth. Feel me as what it is upon the earth plane. Can you feel the difference of how much more of my consciousness you are able to align with in this space? Can you feel the difference as you walk through your days in regard to the energies around you?
Some of you may perceive this as turmoil, some of you may perceive this as bliss; others of you may just know that something is different, but are not entirely sure what it is. Life upon the earth is changing. You are choosing to bring forth a greater consciousness and this is reflected in your daily life. Sometimes you would like to just ignore the whole thing, you would like to just go about your business and you are able to do so to a degree. But once you have opened that door to allow for this transformation to take place within you, it can never be fully closed again.
Let yourself open so that you may learn, perhaps feel, perhaps know how this may benefit you. What is expanded consciousness? What is the fourth dimension? What does it mean to move through these transformations? There are some aspects that are consistent throughout all of you, but then each one of you is on your own unique journey and that is yours - nobody else can take that away, nobody else can live that for you. So revel in it - enjoy it! Honour yourself for the life that you have. Even if it's not what you've been wanting to have, let go that emotion for this moment and open to the realisation that you are truly glorious and that you have immense potential around you.
This I like to share with you while you are still here on the earth plane, while you are still within your body. As I've been speaking, each one of you has already shifted into another space. You may create a shift for yourself in just such a way. With that, I invite you to breathe deeply once more, allowing that breath to move through your lungs, move through your heart, and move down deep within you. Allow yourself to feel it, to feel centered. And once you do so, release your consciousness as if you let go of that hold upon it or that control. Release it with the intention of linking within the magnetic grid. As you find yourself coming into this space, you immediately align with your Higher Self. Who is this? What does it feel like? Does it feel like you?
Open to create a greater connection so that you may recognise and create this deeper alignment. As you do so, look around you. Perceive the energies of this grid work; they are like impulses of light that move off in every direction. Think of something that you have been working upon in your life. As you do so it immediately comes to you within this space. You may sense it, you may see it, you may feel it. It is here, this is where you come and you work through whatever it may be. There are more potentials around you because you are in this expanded state.
This is here and we release it as you release the magnetic grid. Move through the interlocking grid until you find yourself within the crystalline grid. Feel this crystalline vibration, let it move through you. Let your consciousness expand in such a way that you may feel the support that is here for you. It's as if aspects of your consciousness become supported or enhanced through these crystalline energies. Allow for this to be here for you.
From here you may call forth a column of light. This column assists you in shifting into the space of the soul plane. As you arrive within this space, feel what it is to expand in every direction. You are very familiar with the energies within this dimension. Call forth your I AM presence. As you do so you may have a sense of it coming towards you or you may have a sense of it coming up within you. As you merge within your divinity, feel that sense of welcoming. Feel that sense of coming home.
There is such an abundance of love and this is from within your soul essence and it is for you, the consciousness; you, the person who is living this life. Allow all aspects of your consciousness to be filled with this energy. I the Goddess now move into this space. As I move within, I reach out to each one of you. You are so beloved to me. I'm so thrilled to see you, to share time with you. I reach out and embrace you. I love you and I welcome you.
As I embrace your energies, as I embrace you within your divinity, it will shift you into the All That Is. Here we are this is our space of creation. The creations that take place within here sometimes will manifest upon the earth, other times they will not. You come here and work through problems sometimes, you work through potentials, until you find what works for you. You have the ability to create an alignment while upon the earth that allows for your creation to come into your life. At times this may feel as if that's not what's happening, but the potential is always there for you.
I have spoken so often recently about the transformations taking place upon the earth, the shifts in energy. The release of emotions, the release of mindsets on so many different levels. The transformation is taking place. Over the last one to two months there have been greater alliances you might call it, or greater communications that are taking place between the universe and the earth. There are times when there are huge influxes of energy that come into the earth. There is always a continuous flow. Sometimes it may feel as if there was a large amount that came in but in reality it was your opening up or your shifting that perceived it in such a way.
This summer or winter, depending on where you live in the world, the transformation is taking place on so many different levels. With the solstice there was a release, almost like a pressure that was released and it burst. You have been preparing for this new energy to come in. I invite you to have a sense of opening your eyes, as if to look around you and see what is here.
Some of you may have a perception of stars, of planets. Some of you have just a perception of a blank, inky black. There is something that may be perceived as if it's a fog. This fog is shifting, coming into the space in which you are. As you open all of your senses, have a sense of opening to perceive a sound. There is almost a hum, or something that gives you a perception of a machine. There is a tone or a vibration that may be perceived as music. As you become more aware you may perceive colors emanating from within.
Some of you find yourself going into a space of fear. If you are there, then I invite you to take a deep breath in within yourself and let go that fear. This is your space; this is a space of security and safety. You are always safe within here. You may always open up to as great as a depth within yourself as you so choose.
As some of you now have released that, those that were feeling it, it allows everyone to have a greater perception of this essence that is coming towards the group. I invite you to now almost have a sense of shutting down that analytical within you. Let your consciousness - as if it cracks open - let it just open and feel the vibration of this energy or this essence. Open your heart and merge. Some of you are tentative and that's fine. Reach out and gently touch, gently perceive this essence.
As you align you will find yourself being lifted or expanded or shifted, or howsoever you want to think of it, into an even greater expansion. Breathe in this vibration. Some of you may hear voices. It may be in a language you understand; it may be in something else. Some of you feel the exquisite bliss of alignment with this energy. Some of you may perceive brilliance in color that you have never before comprehended. These are just some of the aspects of this energy. Open your awareness and take it in.
As I observe what is happening, every one of you has reached out to merge with this essence. There is a part of it that feels so familiar to you, and yet it's different from anything that you have felt before. This is the new consciousness coming into the earth. This is what you have had a part in creating. As you take that in, feel how it resonates within you. Yes! You know that this just feels right to you.
The more that you open to this consciousness, the more heightened your senses are going to be. Look around you with your inner eyes. People see everything from that blank canvas, it's a very specific, minute particles. Open your ears. You find that within this consciousness you hear so much more than you did before. There are such subtle nuances and all of this is within your awareness.
There is no need to shut down if it feels overwhelming to you, simply take a breath in and consciously choose to be aligned with whatever it is you seek to understand. Your sense of smell, your sense of taste, they may perhaps add to your perception of this consciousness. For some, it's as if by saying that you find yourself in your sacred space, that space that you so love to be where you nurture yourself. It may be earth bound, it may be in the soul plane, it may be somewhere out here within the universe. Each one of you has your own space and it is unique unto you.
If you consider your sense of touch, can you feel a texture to this consciousness? And then your newest sense - that sense of inner knowing; that sense that goes beyond specific thought, specific perception. That you just simply know within your heart, within your soul, within you, whatever it is that you need to perceive. So breathe that in and let it bring everything together for you. As you look around, take in what is before you. There are angels, there are teachers, there are guides. Those with whom you are familiar. They will assist you in anchoring this energy within you.
If you feel as if you are already fully blended then let yourself continue to take in your own perception. But for those of you that do feel you need this extra little assistance or whatever it may be, open and allow it to come in. Once you have more fully incorporated this new consciousness, consider your life. Yes, your life upon the earth. You make me chuckle because some of you said ‘Life? What life?'. This space is a glorious space to be. You may come back here at any time; you may come here in your sleep state. You will incorporate this into your daily life upon the earth. It will not be very many days before it will be so natural for you to feel these feelings and know this energy on a continual basis.
But for now, consider your life upon the earth. As you look around, there may be things that you have been questioning. Look at what it is. Perceive how this can be shifted from this new awareness. I invite you to consider an aspect of your life that you have been seeking to change. For some I even ask, is whatever it is that was bothering you still a concern? I have this perception that as people are opening to this greater awareness, as people incorporate this expanded consciousness, the new perception of your life will actually show that your priorities will change. Therefore things that perhaps bothered you so much will no longer do so. Other things that you had considered perhaps beyond your reach will no longer be. Your potentials expand greatly as you incorporate this energy. All of your senses incorporate everything that is going on.
As you consider your life upon the earth, was there something that seemed to be beyond your ability or beyond your reach? Look at it. Is it here? Is it actually closer than you realise. The more that you incorporate this new consciousness within you, within your daily life, the easier that everything will happen within and around you.
I invite all of you to come back and form a group. As you look around, you perceive the other people who are upon this journey. Some times there will be other people who have not been physically present yet they still join within this journey. You may be aware that this space in which you gather is also different. It is different because of the new energy consciousness. You have created for yourself a new dimension within the All That Is.
Still there is a hologram of the earth that comes up within the center of this group. For the last several times that we've gotten together on the journey, it was as if the hologram came up or was perceived as having two aspects to it. As you infuse the new energy consciousness into the hologram you will see how the earth's energy expands into the new consciousness. It happens within the hologram. So too, it's happening within you. Infuse that new consciousness energy that you incorporated within yourself. In addition to that, every other aspect that came to be a part of this group is also infusing within the hologram. This is not the sum total; this is but an aspect or a portion. The hologram of the earth becomes even more transparent.
Gaia comes out to express her awareness and as she does so, you will notice that she too is different. As she incorporates this new consciousness, you will find that her essence is less of that soul essence of earth and more so of an incorporation with everyone upon the earth. This is a subtle transformation; it's something that began years ago. But Gaia, with her love of the earth and her love of humanity, is transforming and shifting into this new energy consciousness just as each one of you are doing so. There are parts of her that have already completed this process but the aspect of her that is directly related to you the lightworkers or you the new energy workers, that's the aspect that is continuing her own transformation in alignment with you.
She embraces each one of you. She expresses her love, her awareness. She then returns. As she moves down within that hologram, the hologram itself returns into the earth. As it comes into alignment with the crystalline grid, you can see how greater threads of awareness or greater streams of consciousness are aligning from the crystalline into this hologram of the earth. It then moves through the magnetic grid and once more this is assisting a blend between the crystalline energies and the magnetic energies. And an aspect once more aligns within this space. The magnetic grid itself expands into this new energy consciousness. It aligns. There is movement. It raises the vibration of all that is here.
Continue with perceiving how the hologram of the earth moves downward - it goes into the physical earth itself. As it is moving into the earth, it goes within the center; it aligns with that crystal, it anchors within this space. And that energy of the consciousness of this new and expanded consciousness emanates out from within the center of the earth. As it moves outward, it moves through every layer of the earth, it comes out the crust of the earth; it comes out through the trees, the flowers, the waters, the ground. Everything upon the earth is infused with the new energy consciousness. So too, your physical body picks up this alignment.
Shift your awareness once more within yourself or within your consciousness of the All That Is. After that alignment with the earth, you may feel as if there are various aspects of you that feel once more earthbound and once more in the expanded consciousness. Take a deep breath in and let your consciousness just naturally find that balance within.
I invite you to shift your focus, as if outward looking towards the Omniverse. You may perceive the new earth. It is somewhat like the All That Is. Transmit from within you impulses of light of this integrated new consciousness. You will find there are aspects of the universe with which you align. Take in whatever is here for you. With that begin to once more shift your consciousness so that you may return to the soul plane. As you arrive within the soul plane feel what this is.
Feel how it shifts to accommodate your energies. You, as you move through your days will be constantly finding these shifts in consciousness, these shifts in awareness and it can be as smooth and easy as what you just moved through.
Shift into the crystalline grid. As you arrive within here, it's as if there is an added brilliance that just radiates all around you. This crystalline vibration is so in alignment with your new consciousness. Feel how fluid your thoughts are; create an idea or an impulse within your mind or within your consciousness and send it forth. It manifests with ease. This is going to continue to integrate more and more fully within the magnetic grid so that you can utilise it and it can assist with anchoring you as you move through your days.
Let your consciousness move down into the magnetic grid. As yet it feels separate and different. You once more feel the pull of the earth, the magnetics of the earth. You will find that you are in a new space. At the beginning of the journey I had asked you to consider something that has been worrying you or something that is in your life. Bring that up again at this time. Is it even there anymore? Is there a new perception for you? Open to this awareness within.
Allow your consciousness to continue, to move downward, this time coming back within your physical body. As it returns to your physical body, you may feel as if you need to expand the energies around you so as to accommodate this. Open and accept the new energy consciousness that you are bringing back with you. Let it filter down into your body; breathe it into your lungs, into your heart center. And let it move from there into your cellular structure. Allow each cell to expand, allow each cell to feel the alignment. Bring all of your new and expanded senses into your daily life. Allow for these new potentials to come to your awareness.
Ask yourself what is new energy consciousness? In some ways it's beyond description, in other ways you may be able to state specific attributes. Breathe deeply allowing balance to be your reality. Send out in every direction from you this new vibration so that you will be in alignment, and so that you may receive the richness of your daily reality.
With that we release the energies of this journey. Let yourself feel as you ground back within your physical body. Become aware of where you may be sitting or lying. Trust that this is still you the human. Trust that you have fully acclimated with these expanded energies.

Question: (paraphrased) I would like to ask this for myself and everyone who it might apply. Sometimes I feel like doing something and hear a voice. Then I'll start to follow what the voice said and I'll hear a NO. I feel confusion and I want to know what is gong on. Are the angels guiding me not to do that or is some other energy interfering. I'm wondering where the voice coming to me is coming from. Does that make sense?
Answer: Yes it does make sense. There is no one answer for every situation. As I was tapping into the event that you were speaking of in particular, what I felt was the energy saying no was your ego or personality aspect that was in a space of fear. That was what was holding you back, the fear saying no don't go there, no don't do that. But the information that you got, the intuition that said to go and do what you need to do; that was coming from your higher guidance. It was assisting you to move into a new direction. Whenever you hear an inner voice speaking to you like it's very important to listen and discern; is this coming from your higher self or soul essence or is it coming from an earth bound or ego essence. Now we really appreciate that you have brought this up because with the consciousness you have integrated today you will have less trouble discerning what is what. Things that will come to you from your divine essence will be much more so crystal clear. Therefore, when you have a sense of a second voice or second sense telling you not to do it, you can recognize it's something within you that needs to be treated with compassion, love and gentleness. You can then release the fear and that will allow you to step fully into whatever you seek to do. (Okay) That's what is happening the majority of the time and to the majority of people.
Now there may be times when you may have a sense to do something that is spur of the moment and feels like it would be fun, let me do it; then you hear a voice telling you to slow down -- almost the exactly same scenario. But it may very well be that the second voice is coming from your angel and telling you to take care or go more slowly. But the majority of the time I think it will be your ego the second time. One of the things I've told other people in the past when they are trying to discern is it ego or is it soul is to ask the question of yourself 2-3 times. Every time it's an inconsistent answer, that's your ego. If you have a consistent answer, or consistent feeling or if it gets stronger; that's your divinity. Does that make sense to you now?

You have so much more ability than you give yourself credit for. You have so much more that you have released that you keep saying has not been released. It can be gone if you allow it be gone. So believe in the work you have done and allow it to become your reality. (Thank you.) You are welcome.
Question: (paraphrased) I was recently doing a group mediation and I'm doing a different kind of work. Now it seems some of the participants may have mental imbalances like bi-polar. Some of the things that happened in that session surprised me and I'm not sure how to handle it. Do you have any insights?
Answer: The short answer we want to give you about this that over the last several months you have been expanding your vision of what you are able to do with your business. Through the expansion you are open to manifesting different situations. This is what you are manifesting as far as the expanded potential of what you can do. On the one hand it feels like something you have invited to come in. But because it is so different to you it knocks you off balance because at first you don't know how to handle it. Once you take a step back from it, once you let yourself become centered within, we see that you work from your heart center and create a space within that room and all the people who are there. We also have a sense that in recognizing this situation especially this consciousness that we brought in with this journey, whenever you have people in a space of mental imbalance; the humans have a tendency to be drawn in on a mental or emotional-an earth bound emotion. When you get drawn into their stuff and their drama, it keeps you from being as effective. When you can come into a situation with this expanded consciousness or this new energy, it's going to be working with them on what to them may be unconscious level, to you is a conscious level; that is going to open up a potential for change in the individual that they have not opened to prior to coming into contact with you. We are speaking of the times when working with someone who is mentally imbalanced, just consider what this is going to do for someone who is already centered and focused within themselves. It is going to create amazing potentials and changes within them also. So that no matter who you are working with in the mediation; within the family, within groups of people, no matter what the situation. When you can create a foundation or a space within the room that allows for these huge variances of consciousness to find an alignment it will be doing a great deal of work on an unconscious level. The result you will see from this is that more people will feel calmer and more people will feel as if they are being heard. Whether or not you specifically address them, they will have a sense within themselves of being heard. Does that all make sense to you? (Yes) We feel as if there was a large download that was given to you as we spoke of that. When you go back and read this later, there will be other aspects that were hard to speak in words, but you will recognize it.
So as you are moving forward from here and as you work with these people you will have better ease to disconnect from these people, like this one who is bi-polar, when they are in that space that is so unreasonable. You will also find coming into your awareness when you speak with the family the words that are needed to assist the family in being able to deal with them. As each person is able to disconnect from the emotions or trauma of the situation, it allows for greater ease within the entire family. (Thank you!)
Question: (paraphrased) During that journey I was amazingly distracted by the neighbours who decided to mow and the dogs wouldn't stop barking. But I kept getting this vision of being inside, like when you said there was the hum of a machine; it felt like an ice cream maker. It was a deep red like I couldn't imagine on the earth plane. What do you think that symbolized?
Answer: Alright beloved. We are smiling and chuckling here because we so loved your vivid description of what that is like!! For every person it is very individualized. The hum that I spoke of ...... every vibration that is emanated has a tone that is associated with it. As that consciousness was coming towards everyone, it may have sounded like the machine then as everyone became more incorporated; it toned down and became a more subtle sound. This is the perception I had of things. First of all being inside and the blending of what you referred to as the ice cream maker was blending of the energies of the new consciousness and the your current divine essence; the essence of your divinity that your consciousness was aligned with. The way of blending it was a means that your mind could comprehend so that you knew you were blending your consciousness with the new energy consciousness. We want to say to you we felt that took place. It went deep within you and to many, many different levels within you. The variations of red from raspberry to deep dark red had a sense of showing you there are more colors that people will perceive upon the earth. In what you might call the ‘caveman age' people could only perceive limited colors such as grey, black and bland colors. The higher one's vibration, the more perceptions of colors there are available to them. When you say there colors not seen upon the earth, this was showing you that you are going to perceive colors in a new more vibrant way than ever before. If there is anything to do with the red color it's about passion. It feels as if there was something missing from your life and it's coming back to you now. You are accepting it back into you from a new space. It just feels to us as if it's passion; whether it passion for life, passion for your career, passion for your family. Passion is not only the sexual energy but passion is that intense feeling and emotion and energy that one feels at any given moment in time. Does that make sense to you? (Yes it does! Thank you very much.) You are welcome.
Question: (Paraphrased) I just wanted to say think you very much for that wonderful visit home. I've been feeling it more frequently lately than I ever have before. It's a wonderful place! I've been doing a meditation that feels like it's connected to tonight-everything is now anyway, right? (Yes) This meditation was of grounding and clearing and I got a symbol of a white ribbon tie. You know the ribbon for cancer, how it's folded? This ribbon was in the same form. But then it became a key hole and the message was that I am the key that unlocks all my potential, for me to use .....(I couldn't understand what she said).... For me to look forward to all I can be as I ascend. That's it.
Answer: And that is beautiful! We feel that it is pretty self explanatory to you. The only sense we get beyond what you are saying in those words is that there have been times in the past in which you did not believe in yourself or believe that you had the potential to do what you want to do in your life. Our sense is that over the past couple of years you have been accepting that about yourself. Or what one could say is that you have been accepting your immense divinity within yourself as a human. It has been a bit of a long process for you because you have had to shift old belief systems. It was one of those things that at times felt like an onion with layer upon layer upon layer. As we are seeing you now what happened with the blending of the consciousness tonight is that you stepped forward and the image I have of you is not that you reached up with your arms to embrace but your arms were open wide. It was as if you stepped into it and your arms were open to expand, expand, expand, expand, expand; through doing that you were fully accepting the immense potential that is yours.
So when you say you are the key hole and you have the ability, the key, to open any locked door. That is allowing you to really truly manifest the entire amount of this divinity. You've been a little afraid of it, you've been a little bit thinking it will pull you too far from your family, you've been thinking well I'm a little different already and I don't want this to be even more; this is all was ways of limiting yourself. This is you accepting yourself and fully embracing.

Question: (paraphrased) Goddess? I have a question regarding my cat. I know this is kind of silly but my cat loves to do the channels too and I'm wondering if she gets the benefit of this too.
Answer: Your cat is coming across to us as an extra terrestrial. (Yes, I wouldn't doubt it.) We have a sense of looking at her and seeing these energies (pause) we were trying to get a sense of which planet she came from, but it's not coming to us. She definitely is showing us that she is not an earth bound cat. You are going to find that there are more and more animals upon the earth, those who are domesticated and those becoming so. As humanity is taking a step up in their vibration, so too are the animals. There have been dogs and cats in particular that have been coming in the past several years that are what I'm going to call the extra terrestrial animals. They are different than the typical animals and these are the ones you will hear telepathically communicating with you. You will look in their eyes and you will know there is something there they are just getting or not getting. When you speak of this cat and how she goes on journeys with you we can absolutely see that and confirm it for you. We sense that she has been preparing you and this space to accept this new consciousness into your lifetime. She's assisting you to incorporate it with ease.

Question: (paraphrased) Lately I'm finding myself in a space of not wanting to move forward. My family is coming to visit me next month and I know I will be really happy but I would have rather gone there. My family and I get along great so that's not the problem, but I find myself not want to do things and I wonder why.
Answer: You continue to remain disconnected within yourself. You work so diligently and there is so much that you have done in your own transformation and in this journey in your life. The sense we have is that you have over done or it feels to me like you need to just take a break and just let yourself ‘BE'. You need not think all the time about what is my expansion doing, what am I doing with my meditation, what am I doing here; as if you are so focused and driven in your personal self actualization. Instead of being something fun, easy and light it has now become a burden. As I say this, I can feel inside of you a part saying it doesn't feel that way to you. So the reason this is coming up to me like this is that as you consider having your family come into your house, come into your space, coming into your energies; it feels like an invasion of energy. This is because you have done so much as you created a sanctuary that there's a part of you that doesn't feel threatened, but you like the sanctity of your home. This is your sacred space and you don't want other people to come in for an extended period of time. Its fine to have people come to visit and have dinner and hang out; but with the family and your past connection in this lifetime it brings up a different connotation. That resistance that we feel within you feels as if it's coming from all of these things and that sense of being driven. Does that make sense to you?
(Yes it does.)
What we would like for you to do and what we sense you did so much tonight in incorporating this new consciousness. All those things that you have been doing to prepare for, all those changes you have been making within yourself and your life; all is coming to fruition with this blending of energies tonight. Therefore as you look around your house and the things you've been doing, we want to tell you to take a vacation from it all. Let this new consciousness fully incorporate within you. You may do this by breathing, sending waves of energy up and down through your body that are in alignment with this; you don't need to do anything else. We also have a sense to tell you that we know you have things you do with other people and things you enjoy, like hobbies in your life. We just have a sense that there is something really fun and light and easy that you have not done for awhile, it will come to you, and if you do this it will shift your focus and clean up your energies. Then as you consider your family and them coming to visit you it feels to us as if that resistance will resolve and go away. Not sure how, but that is just the energies we are getting.
(I think I have this resistance to anyone coming in and I'm thinking it is affecting the romance also. Do you think that might clear soon?)
Well yes, you know it did come to us about the partner. This was also part of the release. The partner to us does not feel as if it's as distant as you perceive. We can see how while it's not something to keep him from coming to you but once you met him and you were going out, you would need to resolve. By creating a shift in your energies and a shift in the energies of your house it will make it more welcoming to have him come in and to have your family come in. The earth people have that way of saying you become set in your ways therefore it's harder to change or you have been single so long, therefore you are set in your ways. These are old beliefs systems. You can create this shift and you can do it easily through doing something fun. Breathe the energies and let them blow through your house as if literally blowing through and shifting the energies in that way.

All right, my beloved family. I thank each one of you for being such a strong conduit for bringing in this new energy consciousness tonight. You've been creating the foundation for several years. The earth went through the quantum shift or the quantum leap last year and that created a foundation; it created an energetic space to allow this consciousness to come down and become a part of the earth's consciousness.
Those people who have not yet begun this journey will find that there's a great deal that becomes unsettled within their life.
