12/5 ~ Mercury (communication) ~conjunct~ Pluto (in depth):

This is an intense mental energy, deepening all thoughts and/or communications. You may find yourself obsessing over something, either by yourself or in an attempt to share your point of view with another. Superficiality will not be tolerated today. You are determined to dig and investigate till you get to the core or base issue. It’s good for soul-searching when it’s a genuine desire to know the truth, rather than evade it. It’s not so good when you’re obsessing over someone or something which no longer serves (your Highest good). The challenge with this energy is the tendency to “know” you’re right, when in fact, you are not. Your intensity is capable of influencing others but be aware of the difference between sharing information and trying to “convince” someone of something. This can cause some opposition. Remember, this can also be the opposite, where you’re on the receiving end of this intense energy from someone else. The best way to use this energy, as it doesn’t really last that long, is to turn that intensity toward Self, peel the layers to YOUR own Truth and Purpose. The channels are open for a time and you can communicate and receive information from the deepest part of your Soul.

12/7 ~ Sun (core Self) ~sextile~ Saturn (organization):

This energy best of the week, try to connect with it more than the restriction the other energies this week bring. This energy is good for getting serious and organized ... albeit may be emotionally as much as any where else in your life. You have access to some good discipline and the ability to consider all your options before deciding on anything. This is a good time to focus on your professional life if possible, and start making a solid, feasible plan for the future. If you need to, seek the advice of an older figure that you trust. And if you can't actually DO something in the direction of your goals today, take the time to meditate and connect to your plan mentally.

12/8 ~ Venus (relationships) ~sextile~ Pluto (transformation):

This energy deepens all emotions. Friendships and love relationships become much deeper and more intense, not to mention any physical (sexual) experience. There is nothing superficial about this energy, nor will you be satisfied with any superficial exchange, with friends or lovers. It is best to try to understand the depth of your emotions even if you are unable to express them outwardly. Your emotional intensity may be at an unusually high level, so be sure to surround yourself with people who love you unconditionally or try to be alone and just reflect on what you're feeling.

12/10 ~ Mercury (thoughts) ~sextile~ Venus (art & beauty):

This energy turns your thoughts and ideas toward how you feel, what inspires you with love and beauty. This is a great time to be particularly creative, or do something related to the arts. It is best to keep it light and let go of your mundane burdens just for a time. Pleasure reading, walk on the beach, a play or museum are all good things to do at some point this week.
