Are you aware that whatever you are giving your attention to, is really focusing You? You are Source. You are Nonphysical Energy. You are mostly Vibration, but as you are expressing through these physical bodies, it's easy to forget who you really are, because, as you stand in your bodies, living the results, or manifestations, of all of that focus, you tend to get wrapped up in the end product of the Vibration, rather than being aware of your being, in the moment of your offering the Vibration. So, physical human life sometimes is not as sweet and delicious as it could be, when you, instead of being aware of your in-the-moment vibration, and therefore your in-the-moment Connection to the Source, and therefore your in-the-moment creation of your experience, you sometimes spend more time evaluating what has been created, than you do being in the moment of creation.
Do you believe that when things happen around you, and as you observe them, that those things cause you to vibrate, and therefore you have not control of the way you feel? If we were to poll the majority of your population, they would answer yes to that. Most would say, "I look out into my world, and I see things which affect the way I feel. And therefore, if I had some measure of control over those things, then I might feel better." To Control Conditions? And we say, you might if you could do that, but from your Broader Nonphysical Perspective, you don't even want to do that. You do not want to control or limit conditions or possibilities, because you understand that this Universe, in which you and we are all focused, is vibrationally based and is managed by Law of Attraction.
Jerry: So how can we give our attention to, or have a thought about, something that's negative and not have a negative emotional response to it? Abraham: You cannot. And we would suggest that you try. In other words, to say never have negative emotion would be the same as saying, "Do not have a Guidance System. Pay no attention to your Emotional Guidance System." And that is the opposite of what we are saying. We want you to be aware of your emotions and then guide your thoughts until you feel relief. As you are focused upon a little (negative) thought, you will feel a little (unwanted) emotion. And if you are sensitive to the way you  feel and want to feel better, you will change the thought. It is easy to change it when it is a small thought and a small emotion. It is much harder to change when it is a big thought and therefore a big emotion. GUEST: What is the process of sequence of events that would transpire in relation to reincarnation from the time that one leaves the body to the new birth. ABRAHAM: We cannot really give you the answer in the way you are asking the question because the premise of your question is flawed, and that's all right. And it's normal because you're asking the question from your physical perspective where the reincarnation takes place from the non physical perspective and it's a different thing than you are perceiving. What we mean by that is as you are here in your physical body, let us begin in this place.

Because you do not understand the Law of Attraction, you have picked up utterly illogical beliefs. And then you try to make those illogical beliefs fit into the framework of where you stand, moment by moment.

Are you knowing what you are wanting? An evolving thing? Are you enjoying the expansion of your desire? And are you noticing that it is expanding? As you begin to recognize that you get to decide all of it, and as you begin to appreciate the contrast that makes deciding or concluding, or preferring, more obvious, then you begin to sincerely enjoy the contrast. We always begin by asking: Those manifestations that have not yet come about are still pleasing to you, yes? And some lie and say yes, others say no, but we want you to come to the place where you say yes and really mean it. "Yes, there are things that I want that have not come into manifestation yet. There are things I want that I can't even see any way of them happening—but they are still refreshing and delightful to me. I still feel anticipation. I still feel encouraged. They still feel fresh and good to me." And we want that for you.
Are you knowing that you are the creator of your experience? Is that a good thing? Have you noticed that there is a continual new desire within you? Are you beginning to understand that the desire that is focused within you is the most natural thing in all of the Universe?
