God said: How big can a heart of love grow? There is no limit. There is no limit on love. Let your heart be a ripe peach, bursting with juice. Or a pomello. Or a luscious watermelon! Let your heart be a giant fruit of love. Feel your heart filling up with love right now. As your heart fills with love, you are rising. Like a balloon, you rise to Heaven. The love in your heart brings you here. I pump love into your heart. The more love, the lighter your heart, and the higher you rise. Love is self-propelling and self-perpetuating. Love is the sap of the universe. It runs through everything. It runs through you. It nourishes your blood. It oxygenates you. Anemia can only come from a lack of love, a tightening of love, a contracting of love. And so now you let your love out so your lifestream is enriched. Good red blood comes from love. What do you think vitamins and minerals are but love? What are all blessings but love?

Often I am asked, "What is the secret of a joyful, fulfilling life?" I have looked at that question for many years, and I have come to the conclusion that one of the secrets, at least, if not the only one, is Purpose. It is difficult for me to conceive of a satisfying life that is without purpose. And the grander the purpose the better. Having said it, it is astonishing to me that so few people actually have established a purpose for their lives. Most people that I observe live life day-to-day, handling the incoming events as a stream of data over which they assume they have little or no control, and reacting to it as best they can. Their "purpose," if they can be said to have one, is survival. Or, perhaps, happiness. Yet what makes a person happy? I mean, lastingly happy, not momentarily happy...

Greetings!     If you've had an experience within the last month of being totally flattened, feeling immense physical or emotional “pain,” or simply collapsing with no apparent ability to do much of anything, you are right in perfect alignment with the most enormous and incredible shift I have seen yet within our on-going spiritual evolutionary process. Each of us is being affected in relation to our weak areas…some are experiencing immense head and sinus colds, severe ear aches, others vomiting, some with intense body aches, and even outbreaks of canker sores. All in all, we are experiencing an immense internal shift, and even though it may manifest as a very painful process, it is moving huge amounts of energy.
