Getting the right balance is something that we all strive for at certain times, such as balancing our work and life, obtaining the correct flow of give and take in relationships and balancing our physical and spiritual needs with the demands of modern day living.

Recently, while driving down the lush green California coast I stopped with my dear friend Mollie to capture the light and magic of sunset. The setting sun allowed the waves too “shimmer” golden light. Each wave offering a new energy to the shore.

Dearest Lightworkers, April was a powerful month for you. It carried the “Easter” energies of the enlightened Christ Consciousness, the Divine Masculine in its luminous form. As you experience this pure energy, you experience also the pure energy of the Divine Feminine, the Twin Flame of the Christ Light. In many of you this was felt as an urge to align with the absolute truth of Who You Are, beyond illusions, just pure Love and Truth. This meant facing up to the illusions that you still carried within yourselves, and releasing them. And, as you released, you felt also the pain and sorrow that must be felt and released as you release illusions and embrace the purity of the Christ Light within.

This past April and May has been a rollercoaster ride of energy. The waves of energy have risen up to an entirely new level. How long can you tread the wave without drowning?

God said: It is its own unique suffering when you have hurt the heart of one whose heart you would never want to hurt. You didn’t mean to. You would never want to. Only you were careless in your speech, and now you reap the hurt in your own heart. This hurt goes deeper than the hurt you sowed because you cannot undo it All kinds of hurt have to be let go of. There is no blessing in them, except that you take heed the next time and find a way to express yourself without hurting any soul on Earth. The dictum to harm no other creature goes beyond physical injury.
