We are not paying enough attention to our health. Not as individuals, and certainly not as a planet. This is the single most important factor in our physical lives, and most of us are simply not paying enough attention to it.
One constant that you can count on in life is change. Change exists because life is in motion, and motion is one of the three aspects of the original consciousness that underlies all of Creation. Everything in the universe springs from two complementary aspects of consciousness – thought and feeling – set into motion.
There is a force of nature that co-creates with you. It is a transformative force. Transformation contains within it the co-creative aspects that create new form. You are beginning to learn your own co-creative force and discover its limitations and freedoms from your perspective.
We are really being challenged to trust these days. If we look outside ourselves to find goodness, it is often difficult to see. With so much change swirling in the world around us and within our lives, it is even challenging to trust that there is a benevolent outcome.
As we wind down from some of this past month's chaos and prepare for Mercury to go direct Friday, this is an excellent time to reflect on where you are in your life and invite a sense of humor into things.
This is an unpopular opinion, but I LOVE Mercury Retrograde. Yup, this transit that has been blamed for everything from computer snafus to failed ice-cream experiments (hey, it’s not Mercury’s fault if peanut butter doesn’t taste good in EVERYTHING).
