Continuing with the feelings of ennui and urgency, February has been a month of turning inside out and shining Light on parts of ourselves that we’ve kept in the dark. This has rendered me frozen in place at times or swirling within whirlpools of emotion. Welcome to the 4th dimension!

This has been the coldest winter I can remember, here in the Northeast United States. Interestingly enough, I find myself drawn to working with the energy of the Sun. I took a sunbath the other day, laying on a blanket on the floor as the sun shone through a window. It felt so nurturing and I was aware of receiving some very powerful waves of energy.

We have been asked to speak about the nervousness that many are feeling at this time. This is a result of the high frequencies that are being transmitted to Earth. This is affecting all sentient beings, including the Earth. Our suggestion is that you tune into the feeling of love and find that resonance within you as often as possible. You are to be walking in love. Indeed, you are to be “in love” in all your moments.

We are in the swirling energies of shift and change… days of miracle and wonder. I send out strength and courage and inner peace to all those whose worlds are being rocked at this time. We are in a time of acceleration and almost instantaneous manifestation. Turning our thoughts and feelings to appreciation for the small miracles and love in our lives helps us to navigate the waters of change.

We are in a fast moving current that carries high vibrational energies of refinement. My guides have said we are now in the Olympics of spiritual expansion. Many have been clearing their energy fields for 20 years or more. The acceleration has been gently moving us forward, however in the last 11 years the energy has been moving faster and faster, raising the vibration of Earth and all life forms exponentially.

Freedom is our birthright. Allow yourself to vibrate with this word, feel its energy permeating your being. What would it feel like to have freedom flow in every aspect of your life? What would it feel like to be living on a planet where freedom flows through every aspect of everyone’s lives? What would our co-creation in the flow of freedom look like? I love feeling into this flow, allowing it to fill my energy field with this vibration, because within freedom, is love, joy, inspiration, empowerment. This is actually, simply, the life force energy.

So… what happened to February? It turned out to be a month of retreat from doing. I was traveling through tunnels where the reception was fuzzy. Tunnel travel is when we go deep into pathways long unvisited in the terrain of the inner world. We bring the light of our consciousness there, leaving a luminous trail. In the tunnels we feel disconnected, cut off from Source and our inner guidance. This is a solitary part of our journey. Trust and patience helps us to navigate these realms.

Since this year began, March 20th has been highlighted in my inner sight. I see beams of light radiating into our Consciousness. I’m seeing some kind of great shift coming around the Vernal Equinox.

The intense energies of the past two months have felt like being in the ocean with wave after rolling wave of energy coming at us. Sometimes we can dive into the waves and let them roll over us and other times we get tumbled around in the white water; not knowing which way is up. When I was a child, my father taught my sisters and I how to swim in the ocean. He always cautioned us to never turn our back on the waves. To always be ready for the next set.

2011 is a year of integrating all the clearing and opening work we’ve been doing for so long. Much of the past years, especially 2010, has been about self love – clearing away all that is untrue within us and loving ourselves deeply. In 2011 we have the opportunity to integrate all that we have learned about ourselves in the process of clearing untruth from our energy field and our lives.
