There is always more, that is the miraculous nature of the universe, so if you are feeling otherwise, it’s a sign that you are not in the flow. It’s okay, it happens.

What is the purpose of anger, you ask? It is the crucible from which freedom can be born. It is the compounded welling up of trapped emotion about all things. We are emotional beings for a reason, so we can truly process our experiences – every colour and nuance of experience in this life.
While it is hard for your thinking mind to conceive, it is such an extraordinary time to be alive! Keep telling yourself this through the thicks and thins of everyday life when it seems that it is otherwise. Do not attach to the great ills of society. Yes, they are the reality for some and yes what you hear on the news is tragic, but has this been your experience today?
This time of year dredges up much pain and sadness held in the recesses of our hearts. It is a profound opportunity to heal and transform those bruises into a lightened, expanded heart. Compassion is a fire that heals your own and another’s heart. Remember it is our minds that continue to batter our hearts by recurring thoughts that become a form of self-flagellation. Why do we hurt ourselves so?
Beloved, we will say it again and again until it “locks in”: there is nothing outside of you. So when you are in pain or grief of any kind: look within. The external forces are there to draw you in one direction only. They are there to help guide you through your own quagmire, so gratitude is appropriate.
Well, here we are in 2012. Is there anything that has not already been said that can assist you in preparation for this time? Honestly, there is not. We can only serve to summarize to help you know in every moment how to be - for as you know, it is not about doing, but about being.

What if there was nothing more to do outside yourself and the remainder of the effort is now totally and completely, on the inside? There is nothing outside yourself. Nothing.
What is it that you yearn for? It is inside of you. What is it that stirs you and burns you and stews you? It is inside of you. This is the greatest importance for you to understand at this time, for you continue and continue and continue to seek outside of yourself for that which you desire. This is the trap that has kept you limited for eons and this is what has to change. This is what is changing and you can choose to be part of the solution in this realization.
