Messages & Channelings

There are a lot of changes happening on the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical levels; on individually and planetary levels since 11:11:11 (We are all one!). There are some challenges that go with these changes. Your frequency is rising at a very rapid rate and anything that doesn’t match your new frequency has to go. This means that we have to clean our “basements” (as a marriage counselor I know all the shadow stuff). Luckily, it has gotten quicker and easier to release the old, lower frequency stuff. When I first started doing emotional release work about twenty eight years ago, I even had to learn how to cry again. Like so many of you, I am an empath.

This technique is a fabulous way to create in an unlimited way and and to guide your actions and decisions based on your True Self's or Greater Self's feeling sense.

The most recent ascension symptoms are happening around your head and neck. These include headaches, TMJ (jaw tension, pain and clicking), sore teeth, sore facial bones, tension, pain or a feeling of fullness (something's in there!) in your throat, sinus congestion and painful and very crunchy neck and shoulders. Our brains are changing and there is a lot of energy transforming and moving around in our heads. It seems that our bones are being reshaped.

I've written and spoken about this being a very physical year.

Whoo Hoo! What a wild ride! Did you get hit with the crazy anxiety the last few days? I sure did as did my son and lots of other people. Two days ago I was literally shaking and I couldn’t stop. Since I couldn’t relax, I just went with it and shook away...

I have spoken to and and gotten emails from so many people all wondering about basically the same thing. People are tired, exhausted even. There is no enthusiasm for anything, even the things that they used to feel so excited about. Physical, mental and emotional and spiritual bodies are out of whack.

The beginning of 2011 has been about releasing old stuff (yes, still!). A lot of us have been saying “goodbye” to people, places, things that were ready to go (whether we felt that way or not) and parts of our selves that no longer serve us. The planet received some cosmic energy transmissions and dealing with this and the “goodbyes” can have been exhausting. The first few weeks of 2011 were not “perky”.

Have you been cocooning or hiding out in your safe little home? Has it been challenging to go into public places, especially where there are a lot of people? Or maybe you have had to “adjust” yourself in order to fit in with the Muggles (non-magical or unspiritual people). By adjust I mean shrink your energy field, watch what you say and try to appear “normal”. Or maybe being around other people, certain people or a lot of people makes you feel exhausted.

We are at a monumental threshold! Those of us who are ready are breaking free from the Fear Program. There is a pattern I have seen among my clients, friends, family and world events that I am really excited about.

The 090909 was a true ending and completion. This is the point where the old reality and the new reality split. The earth is actually separating into two different dimensional realities. I have been asked if you will suddenly wake up one morning and find that all the people who didn’t choose ascension will no longer be on the planet.
