What if there was nothing more to do outside yourself and the remainder of the effort is now totally and completely, on the inside? There is nothing outside yourself. Nothing.

Emotional freedom is always present; it is for you to allow it. It is like following the stream of life and the water in the stream is the emotion – the sensory system – with which you navigate the waterways. There are times when the water is calm, times when there is turbulence and debris in the water, times when there is flooding, and times when rage appears.

Beloved, we will say it again and again until it “locks in”: there is nothing outside of you. So when you are in pain or grief of any kind: look within. The external forces are there to draw you in one direction only. They are there to help guide you through your own quagmire, so gratitude is appropriate.

Being kind to yourself is the greatest benefit, for in your deep desire to experience this in your life, you give it to yourself first and all things soften, all things grow and all things are possible in this receptivity. And so how does this really feel inside? It is choosing not to judge anything as anything other than a product of source energy.

At this time the dawning of the New Age is being increasingly felt by each of you. You notice this in the subtle ways your emotions are different -- less dominant in your experience. You notice this as you sense incoming energies amplifying your presence.

There is always more, that is the miraculous nature of the universe, so if you are feeling otherwise, it’s a sign that you are not in the flow. It’s okay, it happens.

As you walk forth into the door of completeness, the longing for what you once desired will be fulfilled. For in the recognition of completeness there are no needs, there are no desires, there are no wants. All is automatically filled by its corresponding parts of completion. As you sit in all of what you once were and all that you are destined to be, you come to a climatic point of reference. You look back upon your life and you think and ponder, was all of that necessary in order to become who I am naturally?

The energies are beginning to accelerate in your fields as you anticipate the alignment of the March Equinox. This acceleration takes place with a sense of renewed hope and enthusiasm as you begin to sense that there is greater potential for joy emerging.

Beloved ones – isn’t this the most amazing time to have your eyes and ears and all of your senses awake to all that is taking place? It is like being on a roller coaster ride, for sure, but while you are there - why not appreciate every twist and turn while being fully present in the moment? Just decide that you are okay and that you are willfully participating, and it will be so much more enjoyable.
