Just a quick note to let you know that we have created a special page where you can find all the articles, channelings and videos about 11-11-11 that we have gathered so far. It's a very nice collection of materials that we are sure is going to inspire you, empower you and give you tools on how to navigate, understand and take the best out of this powerful line up. So get your favourite mug fill it with the hot drink of your choice and enjoy!

We have been on a so called “spiritual journey” for many years now, but one thing still amazes us is this constant shifting and awakening. You look at things in your life and a moment after you look again and they have changed, taken a new form, with a different meaning and purpose. Everyday there is at least one thing that becomes obvious and plain, that we have to look into each other's eyes and wonder “How is possible we didn't get this before?

During last weekend and the beginning of this week, Mariù didn't feel so well so she couldn't put the update together for two days. Wednesday morning when she could finally sit briefly at the computer she found her inbox full of messages complaining about the missing updates, why the latest Doreen's Virtue video wasn't up yet and why a certain order of a set of CDs hadn't been shipped yet!!! Fortunately there were also some loving emails from people asking if all was alright and sending their love and blessings. 

Dear Ones, we would like to wish you a very peaceful and joyous Holiday Season, wherever you are in the world and whatever your spiritual or religious practice is. We hope with all our heart that this will be a time when you choose to celebrate the gift of your own life and the one of your loved ones.Take time to pause and reflect on the extraordinary journey that you have been on this year, but also take time to laugh, enjoy, surrender and have fun.

In this Thanksgiving Day we are reminded of the importance of being grateful for one's life blessings and of giving thanks to others for their role and presence in our experience. Yet, while we're going through difficult and challenging times, and this past year has definitely offered many, it's something that we tend to forget.

After careful consideration, we have decided to change the way we run our Daily Update service. 

With immediate effect, we will no longer send any Daily Update emails on Saturday & Sunday and instead will only send them between Monday and Friday.

The reason for this change is to help us get a bit of balance back into our lives, so after 4 years of providing a 7 day a week service,  we both (especially Mariù, who prepares the update each day) can have our weekends free for ourselves.
