Over the years, the Arcturians through David have downloaded seven etheric crystals to various locations upon our planet. These dynamic crystals are seeded and charged from a very powerful 5th dimensional crystal held in a crystal temple created expressly for this purpose by the Arcturians.
The new crystal was received at a very sacred lake in New Zealand called Lake Taupo. For eons of time this lake has served as a place of high spiritual energy and an oasis for the indigenous people of that land. Now this sacred lake will shimmer with the heightened frequnecy of this 5th dimensional crystal and will support deeply all those that connect with it.
The other crystal activation was done to an existing crystal that was downloaded in 2003 and was the 2nd crystal to be received on the earth. This crystal resides in a stunning valley in the Blue Mountains of Australia called The Grose Valley. This powerful crystal has been serving this area and those that have diligently worked with it for four years. The activation was an amplification to surpass its original status.
Both ceremonies were moving and spiritually stimulating as more of this dynamic energy was made available to our beloved Mother Earth.
My role in the workshops was to lecture on working with the energy of our beloved Whales, Dolphins, and Animal Kingdom. I met so many loving starseeds who feel drawn and connected to our oceans and our precious whales & dolphins. As I have mentioned before, dolphins and whales are vital keys to our personal and planetary ascension. They need our support to cope with the difficulties they must endure in what has become of toxic and dangerous ocean environment.
The Arcturians are well aware of this vital role and have shared often on the magnitude of their service to our planet. The Arcturians are working closely with many starseeds and lightworkers to enhance our ability to cope with this increasing frequency and light upon our planet and our ascension preparation.
We talked last month about the Iskalia Mirror, a form of spiritual technology from the Arcturians that can amplify and decode the light from the central sun. Another form of spiritual technology is the 7 Etheric crystals that have been downloaded through the Arcturians.
Since 2002, several crystals have been downloaded. The 1st in Lago Puelo, Argentina. The 2nd in 2003 at the Grose Valley in Australia. The 3rd in 2004 at Lake Moraine in Canada. The 4th in 2005 at Lake Bodensee in Germany. The 5th in 2006 at Vulcan Poaz in Costa Rica. The 6th in 2007 at Mt. Shasta, California and the 7th in 2007 at Lake Taupo in New Zealand.
These crystals have been placed in strategic points upon our beloved planet that hold and receive high spiritual energy and interact seamlessly with the meridans or ley lines of the earth. These crystals each have their own characteristics, but are unanimously creating a congruent flow of energy between each other to amplify our beloved Mother Earth and us.
When we connect with one of these crystals in meditation or through thought projection, we can enhance our lightbody and lessen the density that is so prevalent here at this time. The Arcturians have said they plan to have 12 of these magnificent etheric crystals downloaded to Earth over the next few years. Every time we bring more connections of the 5th dimension to the Earth, we allow a new energy to help us with the current situation we are coping with personally and collectively.
We are coming to point of a large evolutionary leap upon our planet and the infusion of 5th dimensional energy is necessary, not only to balance the Earth but to allow her to continue have a permanent union with this higher dimensional energy,
The magnificent crystal at the Crystal Temple on the 5th Dimension has seeded all the etheric crystals that have been downloaded. In David Miller's book, Connecting with the Arcturians the Crystal Temple is described as follows:
"An Etheric temple on the 5th dimension that has been made available for our use by the Arcturians. The crystal temple contains a lake over one mile in diameter, which houses a huge crystal, half the size of the lake itself. The entire lake and surrounding area is encompassed by a huge glass dome, allowing visitors to also view the stars"
The energy and earth changes are increasing almost daily and dramatically. Just this morning I read of three earthquakes felt in a remote part of the South Pacific several hundred miles from New Zealand. Utilizing the spiritual technology tools such as the etheric crystals creates further 5D connections with the Earth that can support the various locations where earth changes are prevalent.
The energy of October is a transitionary energy. By this, I mean there are several potentials or threads merging. Major change is always felt when there is energy to move us into a new or different direction. Each of us has areas of 3D life that we are working on to bring into wholeness. This intention and work has at times created new opportunities to connect with our soul's energy, our mission, or path.
Over the past several years, I have noticed that the last quarter of each year has been profound in terms of energy shifts and the charge that is then created to move us into the coming year. 2007 was called the "year of change" and without fail that has been the case.
There will be a build of energy that many of us will feel as pressure. Here again we will be feeling many of the same physical symptoms we have been discussing over several months. Fatigue, trouble sleeping, body pain, weight gain, hunger, dizziness, digestion upsets, feeling emotional, brain fog, depression, etc....
There is no easy way to ride these energy waves or make your body feel "perfect." In fact letting go of "perfect" often eases off some of the tension. Connecting to any one of the 7 Etheric crystals you feel close too does allow a congruent flow of energy that can smooth out some of the energy spikes we are now coping with on a regular basis. The following is a simple meditation that will allow easy access to the Crystal Temple or the 7 Etheric Crystals.

Relax comfortably and ground your energy to the Earth

Become aware of your Cosmic Egg ( physical, emotional, mental & spirit body )
*
Call upon the Arcturians (Juliano or Helio-ah) to create a corridor for you to journey safely to the 5D Crystal Temple or other Etheric Crystal of your choice
*
You will feel the corridor as a warm blue light
*
With your thoughts, imagine your lightbody gently lifting from your physical body and move effortlessly through the corridor
*
Find yourself standing around a very beautiful lake with a large crystal emanating shimmering transcended light. You feel your 3rd eye being activated. You feel your heart opening to this wonderful healing energy.

You can ask for healing and support as this intelligent conscious energy creates a strong connection with your 5D self and your 3D self.

Look around a get a feeling for the serenity felt here. Let your higher self guide you in how long you are to stay etc.

When you are ready to leave, call upon the corridor to return you to your 3D body. Immediately you will find yourself floating gently down toward your body.

When you are 5 feet above your body give the command for a "perfected re-entry and perfected alignment with your 3D Cosmic Egg

Take a deep breath in a merge your 5D self with your 3D Cosmic Egg.

All of the images and energy you felt at the temple will now begin to support your body.

Ground again to Mother Earth and take some time to feel your body changes
Eventually over time and when you are comfortable, you can work with this energy from the temple or etheric crystals to support certain areas where you live, the oceans, whales & dolphins and the animal kingdom. Dolphins and whales in particular are very attuned to cosmic crystalline energy and love to be connected to it. The Arcturians refer to this as "bio-relativity" as we discussed last month.
The coming weeks will be filled with tremendous energy and an opportunity to hold more spiritual energy. Connecting with the Crystal Temple and the Etheric Crystals offers a way to be a clear vessel and hold a deeper vibration.
There is much each of us can do to help stabilize our beloved Mother Earth and further enhance our personal ascension journey. Becoming comfortable and working with 5th dimensional energy on a regular basis is paramount in this regard. Working with this energy means letting go of judgment and the effects of polarization we see each day. Moving our focus to a higher transcendent energy and work.
