Take a deep breath. As you breathe in you breathe in the energy of all possibility in your life. Breathe out. Release limiting notions of what you can be, achieve, or have in your life. For with God all things are possible.
Beloved masters, after you came into your individualized consciousness, realizing that you were a Divine Spark of the Supreme Creator, the All that is, you were programmed with the knowledge that you were predestined to journey forth into the great unmanifested void as an emissary of Light.
Freedom is an internal perspective. All of your life is lived in your internal experience, what is outside of you is merely a reflection of your beliefs, perceptions and reactions. How is an action different from a reaction?
As you become more keenly focused on opening to all that you are, the fullness of you being begins to operate in an integrated fashion. This requires you to shift from your local identity into your spiritual identity, into your identity residing in your knowing of yourself as a divine multidimensional being.

Freedom is something we all say we want, but it is an interesting quirk of human nature that receiving freedom can feel more challenging than literally being in prison. According to statistics in the U.S, UK and Australia two out of every three prisoners re-offend and return to prison within 3 years of release.
It is an energetic fact of life that whenever we commit to a new intention everything within us that is not in alignment with that new intention comes up. It comes up because it is responding to our intention. It comes up so that we can acknowledge it, address it, learn anything we are yet to learn from it, and finally transform or release it. Our new intention can thus manifest without any self-sabotage or blocks in the way.
Today we will discuss an issue dear to many – how to find joy while experiencing a life of discomfort or pain. Your life on earth is much more about Christmas is tomorrow, than a raging flood will destroy your home. Many of you are tired of waiting for Christmas or joy. Perhaps you feel as if you have not completed all that is expected; you are a slow learner or that others have achieved what you desire but are incapable of achieving.
What we do each moment has a powerful impact on life. Each choice we make, and each we ignore, adds to the collective experience. Where we place our attention and what we contemplate becomes our reality. The power of our mind is amazing, yet nothing compares to what we can do when we come from our heart. Coming from love makes the real difference.
