Hillis Pugh > Thank You Thursday: Presence

Our presence is awareness of our whole-self. As beings, we are comprised of organic matter and pure energy. However, our organic bodies are just another form of energy. In essence we are just energy in its many forms. Our presence is the energy felt by self and others around us. The presence given off is related to the range of emotions felt, everything from love to fear. When we feel a heightened emotion from life or situation; our presence/energy changes to accommodate the shift.

Whatever your worries may be, there is something you fear losing. For you, life is often a game you play against betrayal. Someone, or life, is going to take something away from you. You live in fear. Here's what to do. Change the game.

What is Ascension Remembering? Ascension Remembering is another way of saying Deja Vu. Deja Vu is essentially having small life moments where we are remembering parts of the life selection process.

As a collective, we have created a world where everything is important or urgent on some level of self importance. How can we be in the “now" when all is now?

David R. Hamilton PhD > A Matter of Perspective

I’ve always thought of myself as having a positive attitude. Not all the time, of course. I think we all have our good and bad days, the latter making positive thinking quite a bit harder, those days when if someone says ‘Think positive’, well, I’ll leave it to your imagination.

As much as we were hoping for a jack rabbit start to 2016, it feels like we are somewhat coerced by retrograde planets to review our lives and integrate our past into our present in harmonious ways.

What is Oneness? This has been a question that has been a part of my journey for a few years now. Personally, I understand it, know what it means, and even experienced it. I will do my best to articulate it.

Daily we are bombarded with the material world, routines and expectations from others placed on us. Though all is a learning experience, what good will it do, if our spiritual system is out of whack?

What exactly is a Symbiotic Relationship? This is when two independent life forms/species enter into an agreement to support the life of another, typically providing nourishment and shelter.

I'm sure we have all heard the phrase "life happens”.  Life does happen whether we want it to or not. Life happening is inevitable. We wake up with a plan, we follow through with a plan, we plan major life events or altering decisions, and we attempt to plan our whole life.

The conscious body and being body conscious are one in the same. How? They are both being aware of self in the many aspects. Funny how the reversal of words can change the focus on the meaning.

Reminders serve a purpose to let us know who we truly are. Everyday we are reminded of some aspect of our life and personality, whether it is past or present. When we have a reminder surfacing from the past, it is to let know who we are and release who we are not. When we are in the present moment and then reminded of a situation, this serves to let us not to forget our fundamental teachings and practices. We go through each day being reminded or our progress as an individual and a collective humanity. So what triggers the reminders?

The past few months of my life have been emotional and reflective. With the passing of both my aunt and mom, I was left with the task of liquidity their assets. During this process, it really got me to thinking the importance of "Stuff".
