We are currently on the road to what promises to be a very powerful Full Moon in Aries, along with a Lunar Eclipse. Eclipses are powerful “stillpoints” in time that tend to magnetize, accelerate and also move out people, places and things in our lives that are no longer in service to our highest purposes.
We now find ourselves in an eclipse season which began yesterday (13th October GMT) and will continue until 17th November. During this time we have a lunar eclipse in Aries on 18th/19th October and a solar eclipse in Scorpio on 3rd November
Today, at around midday GMT, Venus crosses the degree of the lunar eclipse which occurred on the 24th/25th May. At that time I spoke of the need to balance opposites, to overcome polarisation and to recognise where our lives are out of balance.
So how are you doing life post-eclipse season? I am enjoying June’s energies so far and feel they will be bringing us a much-needed change of energy and perspective. Also a reminder that we are *creative* beings, and can take wheel again in our experience.
Whatever aspects and emotions of ourselves that we put 'on ice' because we didn't know at the time how to adequately deal with them are now on thaw mode, melting, melting. And when I say now, I'm meaning specifically now, today, tonight, this week, and tomorrow with the energy of this very powerful (is there any other kind?) Lunar Eclipse!
Throughout the course of this eclipse season (18th April to 26th May) the asteroid Pallas Athene (the Goddess of Wisdom and Warrior Queen) has been on my mind. She showed up at the lunar eclipse in April conjunct Venus, was then conjunct the Moon at the solar eclipseon 10th May, and now she’s conjunct Mars at this final lunar eclipse.
