Leaving Western Canada, I travelled across the country by air to arrive in Toronto, on the eastern side of Canada. Canada certainly is a very big country, and the east is very different to the west. To be fully awake and enlightened simply means to be fully present in the moment of now. To be present is the simplest thing. It is your natural state.

I want so much for you, for us, that we might reach a true connection to the light and love that is there for us. And for this very purpose, I am offering today a meditation that came to me during this last week.
