My Divine Beings of Grace you are learning and remembering in each moment. This evolutionary process brings with it a need to daily clear and release all of the old programing along with the belief systems that no longer apply to or support your highest good. The meditation that I would like to share with you is very simple. And due to it's simplicity it can be practiced in many places at any time . There is no right or wrong, this time or that time for this meditation and It can take a few moments. its very easy. So I would like you to just take a few moments to practice this.

I still remember the moment when all that labeling of thoughts as "thinking" actually showed up spontaneously in the middle of an argument as an angry, reactionary thought arose and instead of speaking, I heard, in my mind "thinking."
Welcome to my November Whale and Dolphin Cosmic Pulse. Today during my review of the energy for November we discussed the current energy trends and the power timing of the 11:11:11, along with the dramatic physical, mental, emotional & spiritual changes that are occurring with all of us collectively at this time.
We are in a time of acceleration, where waves of high vibrational frequencies are flowing through the Universe and through our Solar System, affecting our Sun, our planet and ourselves. This is helping to lift us out of 3D into higher dimensions. As we undergo this process, dense energy is being released from our energy bodies (spiritual, mental, emotional and physical). This includes energy that has been accumulated through our Ancestral Lineage. So as we uncover and release blocks and restrictions, we are releasing false beliefs and patterns that have been held at the Ancestral level.

Regular practice helps us meet many of the routinely challenging situations in our lives with less effort, and we achieve better results. Few people realize that meditation also slows the aging process. One study associated meditation with higher levels of the ‘anti-aging hormone’, DHEA, implying that meditation slowed aging. A Harvard study showed that it even impacts us at the genetic level, affecting around 2,000 genes, some of which counteracted damage to the body from free radicals, thus potentially slowing the rate of aging

A Harvard University study published in 2008 found the first compelling evidence that the Relaxation Response (RR) – the physiological response to meditation, yoga, tai chi, Qi Gong or repetitive prayer – affects our genes. Nineteen adults were long-term daily practitioners of various RR techniques, 20 were trained in RR eliciting techniques (breathing, mantra and mindfulness meditation) for 8 weeks, and 19 served as controls.
Scientists from Stanford University, publishing in the journal, ‘Emotion’ , showed that meditation that focused on loving kindness increased people’s feelings of social connectedness. The Tibetan Buddhist ‘Loving-Kindness’ meditation invites practitioners to cultivate a sense of loving kindness, wellness, peace, happiness, and compassion for ourselves, our loved ones, neutral people, and even aggressors in our lives.
One of the great advantages of regular meditation is that it enhances your sense of intuition. The more you practice meditation, the more you gain insight into every aspect of your life. Insights can relate to present or past events, leading to a greater understanding of your life’s path, or they can relate to future events.
As we celebrate the gifts of this Christmas season, there are many who remember the Angels at this moment more than any other time of the year. There are legions of Angels gathering ever nearer the earth now, drawn by the prayers and the thoughts of so many people. This is a tremendous blessing, which opens your heart to more love and your mind to receiving a greater level of grace.
