Martin Luther is famously quoted as saying: ‘I’m too busy not to pray’, which is akin to the Zen saying ‘If you’re too busy to meditate for thirty minutes you should meditate for an hour’.
This summer I'm falling in love with life. After a very busy year in 2012, I'm enjoying being home more, giving time and attention to the things I say I value, and deepening my relationship with myself by exploring new ways of expressing my essence and creativity.
In the last two years, I have been working intensively in Turkey. In fact, I have spent more time in Turkey than any other country, in what I call my "Middle East Mission", working with Archangel Michael and the Masters of Light in this volatile and crucial region.

Whether you’ve lost a family member or friend, live in the community where the crime occurred, or feel deeply saddened for those who are suffering, it’s important to take extra good care of yourself during this time.
In the United States of America we are in the midst of a Presidential election that is modeling to the world the antithesis of our newly birthed Renaissance of Divine Love. The candidates at national, state, and local levels have spent billions of dollars to have the media bombard us 24-hours a day with every conceivable negative thoughtform about their opponent.
Don't put off till tomorrow what you can feel today. Why wait until your lives are serene to feel the peace that resides naturally within you? Why wait until you have that home, that relationship, that job that you are creating before being happy? Why not look in the mirror and love yourselves today, even if you are not yet the person you ultimately desire to be?
