Self Love

Louise L. Hay

Louise L. Hay is known as one of the founders of the self-help movement. Her first book, Heal Your Body, was published in 1976, long before it was fashionable to discuss the connection between the mind and body.

Heavenletters > Heaven #2855 There Are Myths about Love

What if you looked at dew on the grass and saw diamonds sparkling as poets do?

What if you saw trees as shady arbors or Jack-in-the-Beanstalk trees to climb?

What if you saw the sun shining and knew it was shining for you with all the love of Heaven?

What if you perceived that everything was for you, and everything was a gift from Heaven for you?

Hold these two thoughts in your mind at once. "I am perfect exactly as I am" and "I am evolving into the next version of myself even now."

Self Confidence

Notes to Myself

I have always struggled with my self confidence. For whatever reason I never really felt worthy or good enough. I would see what other people achieved and thought I am not capable of having or doing that. I didn't believe in myself. My mother would tell me, "you shouldn't compare your insides to other people's outsides." Because other people appeared to have it more together than I did I thought they were somehow better than me.

I am Peta and I am YOU

Do I believe that? hmmmmmm

I so want to... I want that to be deep in my being. I want to live my life in unity not duality. And I am opening out to what's possible.

I have been listening to Crimson Circle...I hear the messages;they make sense; they feel right and yet I am still questioning whether these beings exist whilst feeling chaos and emergence..

Heavenletters > Heaven #2734 What God Asks of Us

When you go to a store and see something you really like, you guess the price before you see the price tag, and you are either pleasantly surprised, or you are taken aback. The world estimates a value, and pretty much My children take the world's assigned price as its value.
