It is not for you to fight against life. It is for you to work with life. Life is not out to get you. Life is out to soar with you. Even with little matters, go along with life. When you feel sleepy, sleep.
The prominent theme emerging right now in our personal lives, and ultimately in the collective, is the continued awakening of the lotus heart. To understand what the lotus heart is, it's important to look at what the lotus itself actually represents.
Blessed One, your courage to choose to incarnate in the physical during these times is not only appreciated, but supported on many levels. You are continuously surrounded by the Love of past, present and future. When you observe the natural world around you, you will see indications of your own nature.
You are an ancient soul indeed. You have chosen and been chosen to embody within the time of great change because you are familiar to the challenge. In a moment of pain, you resent the challenge. In a moment of grace you appreciate the challenge. When you Know the Truth of your timeless nature, you fear no judgment, no rejection, no outcome. It is a lesson of courage, fortitude and focus to walk the path of forgetting and remember the Truth.
Happy New Year and as we like to say Happy New You! Happy New, Wonderful, Magical, Creative, Abundant, Prosperous, Wise, Caring, Compassionate, Loving You! For that is how we see you! This is who you really are. This is what you want to bring to the surface this year! It is a year of loving the truth of yourself. It is a year of being authentic. It is a year of being committed to being "real" with everyone and everything around you.
So, in this time of seeming tragedy, don't, beloved ones, give it your attention. Don't cast your vote for more of the same. Tear your precious eyes away. Turn off the television and close the magazines and come, beloved ones, into the silence with Me. Let the truth of this Love bathe you and fill you with such joy and gladness that there is absolutely no death. The world of Love is here and it is your hearts that get to see this.
You have likely experienced many emotions the past few days – from great joy to fear or perhaps sadness. That is how it should and will be. You have a range of emotions. Many of which have been hidden for eons – not the least of which is anger. Perhaps you feel as if you should be blissful at all times – and if you are not, you cannot be a true Lightworker or Wayshower. We beg to differ.
Let love be first. Let love be your environment. Let love be your mainstay. Nothing else is. Harbor love, and your ship will sail, and your ship will come in. Nevertheless, you do not love with a reason in mind. Of course, it is unreasonable not to love. To love is fundamental. Be a fundamentalist of love.
Beloved ones, the open heart embraces absolutely everything. All that is encountered is taken in as part of the glory, the experience of life, the oneness of Love and the exquisite and glorious communion of God meeting God in everything. In the heart you move beyond all concepts of forgiveness, for in Love there is nothing to forgive. There is only the truth, seen behind the illusion. Deep in the truth the divine is revealed as part of your very own being.
I don’t know about you, but I woke up on Monday morning of this week feeling quite sad. The Olympics finished on Sunday and I think it just affected me on a very deep level. Among other things, it was really refreshing for the TV to be filled with positivity, dedication, passion, and achievement instead of being saturated with conflict, negativity or instant celebrity.
While shopping for clothes on a quiet afternoon, I encountered a frustrated worker who decided to take her irritation out on me. As I left a dressing room with clothes on my arm, the young woman yelled - actually yelled - at me for not putting them on a nearby return rack.
The honoring of our interior lives is a holy commitment. It starts by first remembering that you have one – a complex, rich world inside your own heart and mind that needs daily tending and nurturing. Then, as you open to this inner life, it requires a fierce choice to make this honoring a priority in your daily life.
When I was a little girl my dad used to call me Sarah Heartburn - a funny twist on the French movie actress Sarah Bernhardt - because I had a tendency to be a bit dramatic when things didn't go my way. The truth was that I was a highly sensitive child. I cried easily, felt deeply hurt when kids called me names or made fun of me, and was prone to bouts of loneliness and a kind of sadness that I didn't understand. It wasn't until I read "The Highly Sensitive Person," by Elaine Aron, as an adult, that I understood what was going on.
