This energy can make you feel cool & reserved with loved ones. It is time to 'take stock' of your relationships and really evaluate the level of balance between giving & receiving. Business or personal, relationships must have a balance of give & take. You may feel more aware of your true independence in life - you cannot literally become "ONE" with anyone else. The goal is to become "ONE" within - integrating your human & Spirit selves in a healthy, balanced way.

The Pisces full Moon occurs on August 31 and it brings some interesting messages with it. It is conjunct Chiron, the Wounded Healer and The Stories We Tell Ourselves, and it gives us a chance to figure out just what those stories are and how relevant they are to our lives. The next full Moon, occurring on September 30, is conjunct Uranus, so it seems that we can have a look at how to engage Chiron to effect a healing and then to make use of Uranus in order to make some decisions next month.

This is a good time to reflect on your dreams and vision of Self and your life. You may feel inclined to help others, but always balance that drive with some objectivity (are those you’re helping just as dedicated to getting well as you are to helping them?) This is a very laid back energy that allows you time to take effective action on behalf of your dreams and spiritual growth.

This is an excellent time for action! You may have some good, positive energy brewing that if it does not find an outlet, could turn negative. So DO something! Work on accomplishing some long sought after goals, physical, spiritual, emotional, mental or material. The Universe supports action at this time.

August's new Moon, happening on August 18 in Australia and August 17 in the United States has a wonderful Sabian Symbol, and a very fitting one for Leo. This energy intensifies experiences where love or close relationships are concerned. Beware of indiscretions and seeking a more intense feeling or emotion. As we continue to ride wave after wave of shift and change, it is becoming harder to discern each individual wave as they grow ever closer together and even more intense. It is not easy being in a seemingly indefinable space, for as humans we like to define! Yet, stepping consciously into the indefinable, intuitively feels like the only way forward now, for to resist is to deny our true essence.

August's full Moon in Aquarius, falling on August 2nd, is, thankfully, a better, more promising and positive full Moon than we've seen in a long time. It feels like we've been given a break, for sure. However, we have a few things to sort out in our minds, hearts and lives in order to get the most out of it. This energy is wonderful for a little self-examination. Look at your habits, home situation, work or anything else that is important to you and look at how you've gotten to where you are. What kind of choices led here? This is a good time to look around and see how you can conserve or release that which is no longer useful. It's a good energy for organizing and clearing the decks, so to speak, of things that have piled up but still need to be dealt with or released. You'll be feeling very practical this week.

This is a healthy selfish energy. Do not hold back this week. If you have a goal you have been working diligently toward, then this is the time that may attract the assistance you need from the Universe. This is definitely a “work” energy, however, it brings with it the caveat that it is best if you work alone on something important to you. No one else is (or ever will be) as dedicated to your goal as YOU will be, nor should you expect them to.

Please note that the 'storm' can come in many forms and it may not actually play out in your life on a personal level - some will see it reflected in events in the world outside.

This energy is GREAT!! This is good for all activity - physical and otherwise - you will feel uplifted and motivated and capable of twice the productivity as usual. Some say it’s “lucky” but it is moreso your positive attitude during this time that attracts good things to you. You will have a great overall perspective of the “big picture” and can plan accordingly.

This energy turns your thoughts and ideas toward how you feel, what inspires you with love and beauty. This is a great time to be particularly creative, or do something related to the arts. It is best to keep it light and let go of your mundane burdens just for a time. Pleasure reading, walk on the beach, a play or museum are all good things to do at some point this week.

July's Capricorn full Moon falls on July 3. These feel like momentous times; Venus has gone direct (moving forward) after 40 days (and 40 nights) of being retrograde, Mars has finally, after what seemed to be forever, left Virgo after a very long retrograde and sojourn in that sign, Saturn has also gone direct, and we've had the first of the Uranus/Pluto squares. So it feels momentous alright and there's a lot of energy flying around and many people are picking it up.
