This is the season for giving to others, choosing gifts that will bring them joy and through these gifts you express your love and appreciation. In return, you hope to also receive gifts that will show you that others care about you. Will you give yourself a gift for the holiday, one that you can receive blessings from on each step of your spiritual journey? While you can give gifts to others, it is also important for you to gift yourself with the gift of appreciation for the wonderful, perfect and powerful being that you are.
Many will spend lifetimes to see their beauty reflected through others. Many will spend lifetimes seeking confirmation of their value from others. Many will spend lifetimes hoping that someone will love them so that they can learn that they are lovable. These are gifts that do not come from others until you learn to gift yourself with them. What others see in you is merely a reflection of what you see in yourself.
While you may gift others once a year, you gift yourself every day. Every day of your life is a gift to yourself, an opportunity to walk your spiritual path, a journey of discovery in which you learn to reconnect with your power, the Source and come to understand the wonder and amazement of who you are. When you gift yourself with these things, your life will be an outpouring of blessings that reflects what you know is true for you and about you.
The love and appreciation that you extend to others is a gift to them. Be as generous, thoughtful and considerate of yourselves as you gift yourself with the recognition of the divine spiritual being that you are. When you gift yourself you allow others to give to you and these gifts multiply. The Universe asks that you be the love, joy, peace and abundance that you ask for. And you are these things by believing in your power to create them, that you deserve them and that they are all within you, ready to manifest. Gift yourself with the belief in your power and divinity and the knowing that the Source loves you with a love that knows no end and you will open yourselves to the limitless and boundless gifts of the Universe.
