Karmic relationships can be difficult or easy, depending on the lessons involved. But they are not good or bad, they simply represent wounds that your soul has agreed to heal. The karmic cycles determine who is the victim and the aggressor, who is the abuser or the abused. Each person who abuses you has once been abused by you. Allowing your emotional body to become involved keeps you in the karma, where you have been for many lifetimes. Being guided by your spiritual knowledge releases you and resolves the karma forever.
While you cannot avoid your karma you can choose how involved you will allow yourself to be in experiencing its lessons. Using your intuition, being aware of your thoughts and paying attention to the connections you have with others will all determine how your karmic bonds will grow. Practicing detachment and observing your emotions will prevent you from jumping into relationships as soon as you feel the pull of a karmic bond. Remembering that you are here to heal karma, not just experience it, will help you make choices that will keep you on the healing path.
You can end karma by remembering your role in the Shift. You help your karmic partner heal as much as you heal yourself. Your choice to not engage in karma is the best healing that you can provide to everyone, for you free yourself and them from further involvement on this level. You do not create additional karma when you avoid it; you give yourself the gift of forgiveness and resolution and you are free. Karma burdens the soul and prevents you and everyone involved in the karmic lesson from moving forward on your path. Your gift to yourself, your soul group and to humanity at this time is the ability to forgive, heal and release karma. This will bring peace to everyone and heaven on earth.
