Right ON Abe! Our focus determines our experience not what "appears" to be happening outside of us. It is most peaceful when we remember that "All is Well" regardless of it's external appearance. Deep breathing helps me to return again and again to the life force that flows thru us all and connects us all and allows the clarity of vision to see more that "what is".
