Thank you SO much, this really helped me.

To live in a world that sometimes feels so unsensitive and ego driven, to be sensitive is an immense asset. Thank you for sharing the need for silence, Ive somehow always chosen jobs that are too stressful with too many people around and too much noise, I sense their energies too.
Thank you for affirming that it is OK to say no and OK to be who I am.
Im getting better at it ;)
