I just have a quick question.. Do you have to buy new angel cards or is it alright to buy used ones? And if you buy used ones how do you make them your own?
Hiya! I believe you don't have to buy new ones because you will be imbueing your own energy into them so your they'll be energetically bonded with you. And the wonderful little booklet Doreen provides with each deck will walk you through the whole process. It's fun too! I absolutely love her card readings. If you can buy a new deck of Cards that would be ideal, because each person has their own vibrational frequency and energy that is imprinted on the deck once it is used by them. This is why it is said that you should not allow others to work with your deck. However, if you feel drawn to use a deck of cards that has been owned by someone else, then clear them properly by smudging each card with sage or frankincense which is also very powerful, sincerely praying over them and asking that they be cleared of any negativity and residue left from the previous owner. This is also important to do with a new deck of cards as well. Even though there new, others have handled the cards. Also,once you begin doing readings it's good to do every once in awhile, to ensure that your deck is cleared of any lower level energy. This cleaning helps to reestablish your vibrational connection to the deck and assists in providing more accurate readings.
