What about people that have ADD...The mind is like a TV remote constantly changing channels, trying to stay focused really sucks! HELP! Love & Peace to ALL

I enjoyed listening to Leonard. I don't know if I have ADD or not, but my mind is active and so difficult to stay put for any length of time. I have observed, though, that as time has gone by, I am more easily settled into quietude/silence.

It is true that one must practice, practice some more, and don't give up. I listen to Leonard's voice, focusing on what he is saying in the moment. When my mind automatically takes off to another venture, I GENTLY bring it back to the present moment and what the speaker is saying.

Never give up.

The Moment you think about giving up,
think of the reason(s) why you held on so long!
