W. Dyer asks Abraham about a world out of balance

Dr. Wayne Dyer: "I want to talk to you about collective intention. It seems to me that everything in the physical universe, in the material world, is made of the same stuff, the same chemicals, the same minerals, the same molecules. And if we are all made of the same stuff and everything in the physical universe is made of the same stuff, then when the stuff within us gets out of balance, we seem to be creating problems for ourselves.

Physical stuff that is outside of us gets out of balance. We see things like weather patterns that are just shifting, we see droughts, we see hurricanes, we see storms, we see all kinds of problems with the atmosphere. I'm curious about... I'm not looking to attract anything more into my life. I'm looking to see if I can impact the world in such a way with my consciousness by getting myself in balance that I can impact others in such a way that we can get the whole world back in balance. Is that possible?"

Abraham:

"Well we are appreciating your words very much. But we are wanting to say as we begin here, that if you will start with the premise that the world is already really really really in balance... In other words, look at the things that are stable and acknowledge the perfection of that. The sun is coming up every morning and the food is continuing to grow.

Things that are so big that you can't even imagine contemplating otherwise. And then from that place of aligning with the well-being, then you become an open vortex to well-being and a catalyst for the perpetuation for more things like that. When you come forth as a powerful teacher as you are, we can feel that for a very long time the driving force within you and in so many is to assist this world in becoming a better place.

But inherent in that very premise, is the little awareness that there are things about it that are not so much in a good place and then without meaning to, you activate that within yourself and then you become part of the dis-allowance of it and then there is a perpetuation of the same.

We would like to say that while it is absolute, that weather patterns are absolutely influenced by the stream of consciousness... When you look at it in that way...

So, weather patterns or whatever are influenced by the stream of consciousness, and therefore I would like to influence the stream of consciousness into a greater alignment in order to cause this effect, what almost always happens is your attention to the very thing that you think needs to come into alignment, just gets it out of whack within you. So then it keeps coming around to the same thing. The only thing that you can do anything about is your own alignment.

And if you tend to your own alignment and live it through the power of your own example, then what happens is that people in vibrational proximity hear from you. You've learned long ago, as have we, when you try to answer a question that hasn't been asked, it's sort of like pushing a noodle."

(Audience laughter)

"In other words, it doesn't go very far. But when you are in vibrational alignment with who you really are, then the universe lines you up with those who are ready to ask, who are asking and are ready to hear, and on it goes. We do not see your world in a bad place. We see this contrasting experience as the catalytic experience you all knew it would be when you decided to come forth. And we see more asking simultaneously than ever before. So the summoning of source energy is greater than it has ever been before. Which means, those who are finding alignment with the energy are thriving in new and wonderful ways and those who aren't, are not thriving in new and powerful ways, you see. So, the best you can do for anyone is to thrive fully and be willing to explain to anyone who asks, how it is that you are thriving and what it is that you've discovered and then just relax and trust that all truly is well." (snip)

Dr. Wayne Dyer:

"After hearing that tape that you did, I changed the message on my cell phone. It says, "Hi this is Dr. Wayne Dyer that you've reached and I want to feel good. If your message is designed to do anything other than that, you've reached the wrong number."

(Audience laughter)

"And so it's like, my effort in the last 6 months or so, has really been to feel good, despite." (snip)

Abraham:

"As you pay attention to the way you feel, and nothing is more important than that you feel good, so that you make sure that you've tended to that connection (to Source) first and foremost, then there is nothing that you cannot influence for the better. And you can see seas part right before your hands in the same way you see the parking lot brawl dissipate right before you. You begin to see changes in policy, in governments and things begin to soothe. You do have that power of influence but you've got to be tuned in to who you are first and foremost, before you apply it."

This is good. This is so right on target. This reveals the true way of living in a positive manner. Read over Abraham's replies several times, let the meaning of what is said sink in. Once you have aligned yourself with that positive Source, all else will come easily.

Thanks for posting, Bob. I read your comment first and decided to read a very on target message...thanks to all.

It's such an elementary seeming thing, and yet ignored by so many. The world is not complicated once you truly align with Source. And the principle is so well stated here. It makes you want to say, "Ah!"

Now, practice! Practice! Practice! Practice!

This is very inspiring.... but when you say, 'Nothing is more important than that you feel good'.... it falls apart for me. Surely one can not learn anything from feeling good all the time. Its like being filthy rich and expecting to learn how to do things that are really difficult... all the while paying others to do them for you. What then are people to do who have diseases or poverty or challenges that make them feel terrible?? All they have to do is practice feeling good and everything they want will materialize?? Im not so sure happiness is the goal at all for If happiness is the goal, does it not come with an opposite called unhappiness? To me, Mastery of all experiences would be the goal, learning to deal with pain and fear and heartbreak and not let it break you.... eventually learning to transcend every experience your mind can bring you....THAT would make you of some value to others.... would it not?? I wonder :)

The purpose of life is to live it. That does include all the ups and downs we may experience, and sometimes we simply cannot see the purpose in some of these events.

All That Is blesses us in myriad ways, but often we simply do not have the ability to see how those blessings benefit us. We only see the tapestry from the rough, back side, rather than the beautiful front.

Prince Siddhartha Gautama started his journey to become the Buddha when he refused to be kept from witnessing the suffering in the world. Viewing that suffering and realizing that the world was not a perfect place compelled him to seek the Truth.

The Universe does not always give us what we want, but it always gives us what we need. How we perceive it, and what we do with it, is up to us.
