This week, as I travel back from San Jose, California, I wanted to be sure to tell you about an important interview I conducted last month. After being introduced to Anita Moorjani, author of "Dying to Be Me," by Wayne Dyer, I knew I wanted to share her message with you. Wayne introduces Anita and her book on his new PBS show called Wishes Fulfilled, a pledge special airing throughout the month of March.
Anita had a profound near-death experience after battling cancer for several years. In the hospital in a coma, she was given thirty-six hours to live. At that point, Anita had more than fifteen tumors throughout her body - many the size of a lemon. With her husband by her side, Anita would have a miraculous experience that taught her about herself, her cancer, and her life. When she returned to her body, she instantly began to heal. Within four days the tumors had reduced in size by more than 70%. Within six weeks, her body was cancer-free.
During my one-hour interview with Anita, we talk about why she believes she got cancer, how she would approach her healing differently were she to be diagnosed today, and the important messages she learned about self-love and healing while on the other side. Her message confirms my focus, both personally and professionally, on self-care and the power of self-love.
With a heartfelt desire to serve you well, I strongly encourage you to download this interview. Take it to the gym, listen to it while on a long walk, or set aside some quiet time at home to hear our conversation. Thousands of people have heard the interview already and if the mail we've received is any indication, I'm sure you'll be happy you did, too.
