Here's The Only Thing You Need To Do To Start The New Year

Happy New Year!

I know it’s the time of year when we make resolutions, set goals, and focus on how we need to grow and change and evolve in the coming year.  But, here’s what I’m thinking…

Think about it.

If you loved yourself more you’d probably…

Be kinder to yourself and others.
Spend your time & energy in ways that make you feel good.
Say no to things you really don’t want to do.
Say yes to the little voice inside that begs you to listen.
Give from your heart instead of from guilt & obligation.
Attract great experiences and opportunities into your life.
Take good care of your finances and your health.
Surround yourself with people who respect and adore you.

Now, isn’t it so much easier to focus the New Year on the one thing that will make the biggest difference in your life?

I love simple.

I love easy.

Happy 2013!

I like this...Short and simple, and straight to the point. I love me, my I AM presence and I love you too, we are after all all ONE.
Thank you for this message, it is indeed simple but lets not forget very powerful.

Yes love it!, but just a Lil question: how EXACTLY do we love ourselves more? I mean a true explanation on how, bc that sounds amazing, and it's one simple thing, but how exactly is it done?

Lesia, For me, the first time I really went into my heart it scared me. It is so quiet, plus there was a lot of stored emotion that I ignored because I didn't know to do this. I closed my eyess and focused on my heart, said hello to myself. This began my loving myself and me helping me get over the pain of my past (there is always a past that needs healing). Next I just followed the direction of my heart. Each process is different, because of individuality. Be commited to this process, go in and tell yourself that you will be there for you always. For me, I said my name: "Peg I love you and I am sorry for not being there for you, but I am here now and I will not leave you again." Little by little the heart grows and then you start feeling the heart openings as the love waves come through for the ascension. Just be gentle with yourself and find that quiet space to finally say hello to your beloved. Love and light, Peg
