Stick To It: Making changes with loving-kindness

Did you know that long-lasting growth happens in fits and starts?

Can you be patient with yourself as you stumble off the path?

Are you able to love yourself during the dance of one step forward and two steps back?

If you answered, “yes” to these questions, you can relax.  You’re destined to make positive changes in 2012 .

It all begins with self-love, people.  Woo Hoo!

Take Action Challenge

When you’re tempted to beat yourself up for falling off the path, choose kindness instead.  Put your hand on your heart and repeat after me: “It’s okay darling, let’s get right back on track and enjoy the ride!”

This week’s video is a sweet reunion between a dog and his military dad. You can watch it here.  Thanks, Laurie!

I have been considering the same idea lately. I call it being in the zone, usually pretty awesome. What may be more important is who are you out of the zone. What choices are you making then. Thats the real challenge or opportunity. Ironically, when we are out of the zone, we forget. \\\\Thanks for the message and reminder. Self love when your out of the zone, and its okay to be out of the zone. breathe and relax. Peace

Thanks Cheryl....as I digg into my darkness...boy..I do not like what I find..but though it all I have learned to find a way to love myself, even when I throw a tantrum when I just have had enough and can not keep a cap on it any more. Maybe in learning to understand and accept my vises I will be more able to love others when I see them....blow their top. Knowing I am not perfect.....forces me to love the imperfections in others as long as I can love them in myself. All a part of a being a human on the path back home to the Source. So much to try to clear out...I am not sure I will make it.
