The Interaction Between Mars, Pluto and Chiron

The interaction between Mars, Pluto and Chiron in the skies this week means that a lot of stuff is coming up around healing old wounds related to our childhood and ancestral energy - particularly in relation to our sense of power, assertiveness and our expression of masculine energy (regardless of gender).

This healing can happen many ways including the triggering of old wounds so you can see them more clearly, insights that come like a flash of light, or being placed in a situation/experience/environment that gives you a major deja vu moment of something in your past. This influence has been creeping up on us for a while now.

The other week I was driving along and my little boy was asking for water over and over again. We were 10 min from home, and usually I'd say we're nearly home but something made me pull over, stop the car, and get out to go give him his water bottle. As I opened the front door of my car and stepped out I found myself facing my first childhood home where we lived for the first 4 years of my life.

Directly facing, I could not have been more in front of it. I'd been having some insights and memories in the days previous regarding my childhood so this was yet another of those wow moments, as in seriously, are we all participants in a galactic version of The Truman Show? Sometimes I think yes!

On the world stage we are seeing this influence play out so clearly with the Syria situation - the US is determined to go to war, but out of nowhere something happened where they are now being forced to address the situation in a more peaceful way.

Every astrological influence these days is being heightened ten fold (a hundred fold) as we are now in a completely different energetic cycle, so it isn't just the astrology that is at play here, but it always fascinating to me how energetic influences are always confirmed by current planetary placements and solar activities!

I agree. It is absolutely fascinating. Thank you, Dana.

Hi Dana, I always enjoy your articles but I strongly disagree with a statement you made. "On the world stage we are seeing this influence play out so clearly with the Syria situation - the US is determined to go to war, but out of nowhere something happened where they are now being forced to address the situation in a more peaceful way. " The "US" is not determined to go to war, President Obama is determined. He has been forced to address the situation in more peaceful way. Most US citizens completely disagree with the President's decisions. Between other politicians fighting him, the public disagreeing with him, and the rest of the world...yes, he is forced to making a different choice for sure. Maybe I got off my point a little here... I just didn't like the whole "US" grouped in there. The people, the country as a whole, did not want war with Syria.

I agree with TrueSpirit35, Dana, and I too always enjoy your work, this included. Most Americans and elected representatives, all for different reasons of course, were opposed to the strike. I'm going with the assumption that President Obama's impetus was a humanitarian one and that President Putin's is a humanitarian one.

Two approaches that could have been used from the beginning, diplomacy and humanitarian aid to the neighboring countries who've taken in the refugees, might have been effective. Years ago wonderful Lily Tomlin suggested that if we're going to put money into a conflict anyway, why not just fly in with planeloads of money to be dropped wherever people need it. Then, who'd want to fight? Well, some I guess.

The essential point in this case, though--never mind the myriad perspectives--is that a strategy of force was superceded by a strategy of peace. And every voice in the debate has contributed to us getting to this place where peace has a chance of prevailing. I think that's what the energies are showing us on very personal levels.

I always love your posts Dana, and this one is no exception. I have my own belief about what President Obama is doing, but I will not say it because I don't want to open up any cans of worms! ;-p

I love you all, and Dana, thank you for what you do!
