The best thing you can do right now is stay present.
Our collective future is uncertain and that is scary.
Every morning I wake up and my first thought is: "What's going to happen in the world?". My second thought is: "Will I ever get to buy toilet paper again?!"
And then I am reminded by my Guides to STAY CALM AND PRESENT. They are telling me again and again that we will all get through this.
There are people in the world, our world, your world, who are with you on this uncertain journey.
With so much interconnectedness online, we have lost our sense of community.
That will return again. We are not going to let ourselves and our neighbors starve and suffer.
If you need help, ask for it.
If you can help, be of assistance.
If you have money to spend, support the people who need it now.
If you have any services or talents that you can offer, especially if they can be online, there is no shame in receiving revenue while you have something that can help people.
If you have any technical skills - post an online message board in your community to see what people can offer each other.
As we practice "social distancing" we must also stay connected in ways we can that help each other.
I'm here for you. I love you. We are getting through this stronger and better together.
