GUEST: I wanted to talk a little bit about addiction. I’ve been trying to quit cigarettes, for sometime. And I’ve gotten a lot of answers from you in the last two days about this. One thing I kind of wanted to pinpoint on, something I figured out, has been my inability to consistently ask myself what it is I really want every minute of the day.
You don't stop very often to think about how you are feeling. And yet, how you are feeling is everything. How you are feeling is your point of attraction. How you are feeling is your asking from the Universe. How you are feeling is everything that is coming to you! How You Are Feeling is Your Point of Attraction
Does Life Come with an Instruction Book? Everything that you experience is attracted to you because the Law of Attraction is responding to the thoughts that you are offering. Whether you are remembering something from the past, observing something in your present, or imagining something about your future, the thought that you are focused upon in your powerful now has activated a vibration within you—and the Law of Attraction is responding to it now.
The only reason that you don't allow your natural Well-being is that you have experiences--presented by others, presented by your own life experience, presented by your own conclusions--that cause you to offer vibrations that do not allow the Well-being that is natural to you. That is the only reason that you do not allow.
Little ones allow. In other words, we think that you get a little older in your thinking when you think about the newborn that comes forth, because they appear to be so dependent. And, in fact, they need your physical support. But then, when your assumption is that you've got it all figured out, and you decide that you've lived the struggle that you now want to protect them from--what you do is perpetuate an activation of the struggle.
Questioner: I was reading something that Wayne Dyer wrote, that if you don't get past forgiving and resentment, you can forget about getting to a higher spiritual level. How do you know when resentment is resolved, or how do you know that you've forgiven?
