Abraham EXERCISE (talking to an Energy Worker)

Something you might do that is a very delicious thing to do is put yourself in your bed and summon the energy. Whether you're summoning it to your face or to your toe, pick a spot on your body and say, "Work on this for me, will you? Psychic cellular surgeons, come forth and work on me. Plump up this cell to its most extraordinary state of well-being. And I will lie here in the most relaxed state of being that I can find with an expectation of that."

And what you will feel is literally a sensation within your body. You will literally feel... Pick a spot and feel it. Choose a spot on the back of your neck, or inthe pit of your knee, or across the small of your back. Pick any spot, and as you lie there in that feeling...

Jerry: What if someone would say to you, "Abraham, I want to be more joyful. How can I use what you're teaching to attract more joy, happiness, and harmony into my life? Abraham: First, we would compliment the person on discovering the most important desire of all - the seeking of joy. For in seeking and finding joy, you not only find perfect alignment with your Inner Being and with who-you-really-are, but you also find vibrational alignment with all things that you desire. When joy is really important to you, you do not allow yourself to focus upon things that do not feel good - and the result of thinking only thoughts that feel good would cause you to create a wonderful life filled with all things that you desire.

When you observe something that is pleasing, by your standards, you have a good feeling response. Life feels better when you are not looking at something that makes you feel bad.
You don't stop very often to think about how you are feeling. And yet, how you are feeling is everything. How you are feeling is your point of attraction. GUEST: I would like a clarification on purpose, which, I understand from your tape, is coming forth and creating a joyful life for yourself. I've thought of purpose as destiny. You play a part in it, but then a greater force comes in and plunks you where you are going to do the greatest good. I don't know the right words.

Remember, before you can effectively benefit from paying attention to your emotions, you must first accept that Well-Being is the only Stream that flows. You can allow or disallow this Stream, but when you allow it, you are well; and when you disallow it, you are sick. In other words, there is only a Stream of wellness, which you are allowing or resisting, and you can tell by the way you feel which you are doing.
