Ann Albers > Programming Your Sleep

Your sleep is a rich and productive time. It is a time when the majority of your spirit leaves your physical body and visits the heavens. You can engage in a multitude of activities while your awareness is in these other dimensions.

Ann Albers > Dealing with Challenges/Finding Love

Life can be challenging... and yet love can be found even in the midst of our challenges. The angels talk about its every-present nature, and I'll share my experiences and some tips about how to find and feel love, even when it is tough.

Ann Albers > Real Love Comes From Within

Today we wish to speak to you on the topic of relationships. All relationships whether the ones with your life, your home, your spouse, your children, or your pet, are teaching you about the relationship you have with yourself. The relationships with others show you very clearly what parts of yourself you are willing to bring to the surface in your life and what parts of yourself you are willing to let go.

Ann Albers > Miracles

Celebrate dear friends! It is the season of love and miracles! What miracles would you like in your life? And why, dear ones, when you know that "With God all things are possible," would you believe anything is out of reach. It is a time to remember that when you exist in a loving reality, in that love, all things are truly possible. When you embrace the fact that you have a loving creator, you can relax into your lives, knowing that if you pray a sincere prayer for yourself, or ask for assistance, then as long as you are truly open to receiving it, it will come.

Ann Albers > Free Will

As you approach the holidays remember that you, as human beings, were given one of the greatest gifts and that is the gift of free will. You can use this gift to see and create miracles in your lives and upon your earth, or you can use it to ignore all the good that is around you.

Ann Albers > Surrendering To What Is

There will always be things in your life that don't go as planned. There will always be unforeseen circumstances, people who don't act as you expect and things that don't work as you expected them to do. In life it is important not to remain stubbornly fixed upon the way life is “supposed” to look but rather to be willing to deal with the way life is.

My dear friends, we love you so very much. Trust God dear ones. You are always in the right place at the right time. Rather than stressing out trying to control life around you, allow yourselves to flow through it. And by all means ask us for help. If you are having a difficult day, stop, breathe, and ask yourself, "What is it I want to create right now?" Maybe you need peace, faith, trust, or just a comforting hug from your angels.

Ann Albers > Be Where You're At...

When life throws you lemons, make lemonade! You've all heard the saying and truly we espouse this principle in the heavens because we know that every adventure you experience there upon your planet earth is an opportunity to bring more love, more light, more truth, and greater inspiration into your lives. Every challenge has its blessings. Every trial gives you greater strength. Every fearful situation is an opportunity to embrace greater faith.

Ann Albers > Harvest time

In this season of fall many of you, no matter how old you are, are going "back to school" and this time dear ones the school is self-exploration! It is the season of harvest. Look at your lives right now. They are the harvest of all the choices and beliefs you have planted in the past. Is your life what the harvest you want it to be? If not dear ones, take time to plan a new garden of eden for yourselves.

Ann Albers > Time for Budding...

Breathe dear ones, and allow yourselves to focus on the ideas and inspirations that are beginning to emerge within you. For upon your planet earth you are emerging from a very difficult and stagnant time. Spring has sprung! The trees are budding. The flowers are blooming, and you too will be desiring movement, growth, and a blossoming of your soul. When inspiration hits dear ones, ride that wave.
