I haven’t watched much TV in the past two years and I have noticed a trend towards criticising other people’s efforts as a form of entertainment. It’s likely always been like this, I just happen to be more aware of it.
Times of profound personal change. You know the point in life, when everything seems to be happening at once. It can be a whole run of amazing events that you’re really pleased about, or a whole run of things that add up to an awful month or year.
Saying no is often difficult, but when we say yes when we want to say no it can have some unpleasant consequences. We can feel trapped, not understood, we can build resentment and find ourselves under even more pressure.
To live intuitively is to live in freedom. When we know how to trust our intuition, we have much more control over the ego, over our own fear, and to live in abundance in a magical world of possibility.
Our happiness is often created by what we make events mean. I positive person can turn even a difficult event into something to be thankful for and a negative person will put a negative spin even on good events.
I love New Year's eve, because I enjoy hitting that point in the year that gives me an excuses to indulge in personal reflection. I don't know about you, but I like to look at my life, what I love and what I'd like to change.
